The staff here are very knowledgeable and efficient. They try to keep the queue moving as fast as they can. Especially Beata - she is nice, friendly and fast - all at the same time! I appreciate her positive attitude.
Kal was exceptionally helpful with a renewal I was sending in. Unfortunately, while he was serving me, we dealt with a situation in store that was very uncomfortable, but Kal dealt with it so calmly and respectfully. If I could give him more than 5 stars for his service, I would!
We use this post office for our business and send many parcels every week. Yes, there are sometimes insanely long queues, probably due to the sorting office down the road only being open 2 hours a day. But the staff are always helpful and happy to help. Beata and the whole team always treat us kindly and efficiently.
I was served by minax at the Hampstead high street branch today twice… she was so helpful and sorted out my travel post office card and changed my money and made the whole process so easy. Thanks so much!!!

Today I needed my passport renewed with a name change. Kal made all the difference in helping fill out the form and make it as easy as possible. I also hardly had to wait and he took my photo for the passport so seamless.
I went to have my passport renewed and was very impressed,I was served by Geetha,she was amazing,very helpfull,overall it was a very quick and easy process,can highly recommend Hampstead post office,the staff are generally very helpfull
