Today I received very poor service at this Office. I went to try to get a barcode to put on my Amazon order to send back and they refused to help me I don't speak English I only speak Spanish, so I tried every way for them to help me and none of them wanted to make themselves available to help me and they were still smiling in my face, this is not the first time it has happened to me before too and I have been a customer for a long time, I think they should be more prepared to serve customers and without having any type of prejudice
I collect all my parcels from TEMU from this Post Office because, quite simply, I do not trust EVRI to deliver them safely - or at all - from bitter experience! I have always found the staff at this Post Office to be very friendly, very helpful and very courteous at all times. This Post Office has always been busy when I have been in there and I have witnessed that the staff remain diligent and work hard. Highly recommend.
Good for your Zen practice and spiritual patience. Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. Echoing the previous posters' sentiments. I was in the queue today and the Royal Mail staff were extremely rude to myself and two other customers in front of me if you need confirmation, look at the defensive Responses from the Owner. There is absolutely no reason or excuse for this type of behaviour and I feel sorry that they choose to live this way. But it ultimately it is their choice - just a heads up to any current or future customers, don't worry, it's definitely not "you", it's "them". It's a very odd place because the shopkeepers at the front of store are super are polite, friendly, and helpful. I left the shop today thinking, "what just happened?"
We applied for British passport by using this post office digital check and send service and we were thrilled as Shabana who supported us with big smile while applying new first British passports for me and my wife.
I really appreciate both this shop and the post office. You can see that they deal with SO many parcels in the shop and so much traffic at the post office. I've always found them to be efficient and helpful despite all of that. I never have to wait too long, and I've been sending important to me packages for some years now and never had a problem. When the old post office closed I was worried we'd have to go a distance to find one, but instead we have something which proved to not only be local, but actually much better!! Way shorter wait times and people who will help if they can. It's a real service and I appreciate it. I can now even drop off packages late in the evening. They do a great job. Thank you :-
Do not even deserve one star! They HATE their job, they refuse to take parcels and pretend their system is broke! Why offer a service you refuse to offer to customers? Find a job you actually enjoy and happy to be in
I have been using the post office counter service on a weekly basis and I am always impressed by the friendly and efficient staff. They are knowledgeable about their services and are always able to answer any questions I have. The staff make the process quick and easy, and I appreciate their professionalism. I highly recommend this post office for anyone in need of mailing or shipping services.
Update 21/3/2024: The response from the business speaks volumes about their level of professionalism. The whole 'let's have a chat' dialogue doesn't wash when the staff berate and shout at customers on a regular basis and then threaten to bar customers for daring to complain. Not exactly 'chatting', is it? As for the going-the-extra-mile claim, that's absolute rubbish. I've seen and experienced firsthand the real attitude – asking to collect a parcel and being told to come back an hour later while the staff member plays on their phone. Bottom line: if you're going to be aggressively defensive, have something that you can actually defend instead of pushing the blame towards the people who are keeping you in a job. Interesting to note that all of the responses to negative reviews are defensive and don't address the rudeness and laziness of the staff. Let me add my own take: the staff are lazy, rude and it amazes me that the Post Office is happy to let them continue grinding its reputation further into the dirt. We used to have a great post office with helpful staff – now we have a bunch of arrogant shysters who are happy to tell outright lies to customers rather than do their jobs.
Really really rude staff. I got the evri notifications to collect my parcel. But they claimed it's not there and refused to search for me! In other collection points the staff were always helpful and always found my parcels in the end. Worst experience I have in an evri shop. Offer no help and really bad attitude. Evri should cancel their qualification.
In my experience this post office has always provided a good and satisfactory service. I sometimes post a lot of parcels for Ebay and I've never had any issues using this post office.
