If I could put zero star I would. This afternoon one of them wanted to fight me and start saying racist stuff because I had to refund boxes I just got because they don’t have shopping bags bare in mind it was raining, so I asked for a refund and he got mad and started to be very rude when I was remaining calm and composed. Very bad experience.
Very rude and unprofessional staff... I've never heard a Post Office staff member swear at a customer before in all my years! Post office Head Quarters need to investigate the management of this branch and remove it from them! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
As post offices go this is one of the best I have been too, family feel to the place but runs as smoothly and efficiently as a big post office. Would recommend for those in the area
Good experience with new staff with talkative wise and her service , i really like her positive attitude towards how to treat the customers . I m impressed.
After reading the reviews I was abit apprehensive about using this post office. I don’t usually write reviews but after reading the others I thought they deserved a thank you and five stars. The gentleman at the counter was more than helpful he helped me find the correct address for my parcel as I wasn’t sure about something. He was patient and recommended the right postage for me. I have been back since and received the same brilliant customer service. I have also used the newsagent/shop again the men at the till have been great.
These guys clearly get paid on commission. Upselling everything without telling you. Cost me £4 to send a large letter without tracking today. Insanity.
Worst office I have ever gone... They take very long time and don't even help you for the small thing... Worst experience at this post office.. and the staff is very rude and unprofessional.. please replace the staff thanks
I would advise people not to use this Post Office. Due to its location it holds a bit of a monopoly in the area but it is worth going further afield if you wish to trust an establishment. They have lost two packages for me over a 6 month period. They have refused to help both times. After contact with receiving Post Office in Ireland, An Post, they confirmed to me the Digital form completed by the Post Office was incorrectly filled out, therefore package is stuck and sent back. This post office refuse any responsibility when they are in the wrong, are rude and have no interest in helping you. Even with receipt would refuse to refund.
Yesterday I went to the post office to certify a proof of ID and a proof of address. Unfortunately I was wrongly advised about the proof of address and they didn’t want to use the bank statement to certify the proof of address. I then found a different post office to help me out with this. I just want to help people who are looking for the same service. Post office must certify a proof of address for any bank statement released in the last 3 months with a copy of the original. I hope this post office could listen to customers and help them to find the right solution. Thanks a lot
Ended up dealing with three members of staff here today, all equally rude and disrespectful. They must train each other in customer service. I went to get a refund of a charge they had made but had not fully completed the task . I was entitled to this refund but they made me feel like a criminal. There was no apology for the mistake they had made and the inconvenience nor was there any hello, thank you or goodbye. I shall be contacting the P.O. about their unprofessional approach and suggesting that their franchise should be reviewed.
