My 1st experience of topping up gas/electricity in U.K.. : All the staff here were warm & helpful. There’s a max amount of 100£ for each transaction, so the work personnel need to go through multiple rounds to finish it. All good
Just before Christmas I visited my local post office at Praed Street London W2. It was, as expected, busy, and the queue and waiting time for counter service was long. However, luckily for me a bright young employee, Chucka al. Jacob offered to help on the self-service counter, He was efficient, fast, friendly, and polite, and ensured that my many different requests were dealt with, seemingly effortlessly. I can especially recommend this employee, even if I am sure that everybody was doing their best to ensure a speedy service at this particularly busy time of the year. U. Turner
The guy helping at self-checkouts machines is amazing! He is very friendly and efficient. I always get the help I need there. He is willing to help with everything I ask him about. : Absolutely recommended!
The Asian lady called hung is ridiculous, she thought she is a queen and not willing to do anything if she can, go get her palace and rest in piece. She shouldn’t work, she should be the queen in her palace so no one ever can talk to her because she only can give the order no talking to anyone. Bless you queen, why you need to work in the post office. If she thinks she pay nuts in this place, why she just quit and don’t stay here to make herself upset and upset customer too.

Very efficient and friendly customer service. I bought postal order and pre-paid special delivery envelop at here. Great.
Rude old Asian lady, woke up on the wrong side of the bed and was verbally aggressive. Thankfully I was tired and didn't even have the energy to correct that behaviour but no need for it. Be more polite. If you don't like your job, quit.
All the staff at this brunch are AMAZING. They are friendly and very helpful. It's always a joy for me making the trip to this brunch.

Come here every so often. Busy at times, friendly enough ...it's the customers that should be more understanding towards the staff!!
