It was disappointing to see the staff not following COVID protocol. A woman who was not wearing a mask came right up to where I was standing with no regards to social distancing.

Okay number of tills 6 but no self service machines as indicated by other reviews. Cashiers make a good attempt to up-sell you the most expensive options without disclosing cheaper alternatives, of which there are admittedly precious few to begin with. If you have parcels to ship, don't use your post office.

Staff at this post office branch need to learn the meaning of good customer service. Their approach is rude, patronising and un knowledgeable of their day to day business. Either shape up or close doors before you run out of good honest customers!
