Absolutely amazing service, all staff members super polite and helpful, really made my day. The best service in the post office to date. I had to send a guitar and was not sure how to do that, hadn’t packed it before hand but they made the process very simple. Some refurbishment works going forward on at the moment though. There’s a cash machine outside as you normally have outside the post office.
Needed to re tax historic car. Gave me form to fill, crystal clear instructions and back in twenty minutes with info and all done. Could not have been clearer or nicer to get this done for me. Definite 5 stars service there.
The location of the post office is very strategic. I came here to collect important documents & your staff Marisa was helpful & get everything go through fast!

We went to this post office today to collect our biometric cards. We were served by Dipesh who was a nice gentleman and warmly welcomed us and spoke to us in a friendly manner. Many thanks
This post office is where I went to get my BRP card. When picking up the BRP card, you must have your passport and immigration letter with you. Your current address will be requested by the officer so they may enter it into the system. Please note to keep that in mind or bring it with you. Despite the long line, I was called after a short while. The post office has a mobile accessory store where you may get phone covers, screen cards, and other mobile accessories.
Tania has been a great help sending my parcels over seas. Came to the post office with nothing prepared and she assisted me packing and sending all my items with such ease

They wanted me to write a good review, that’s why they have so many good reviews, 70% are fake. You can also see in the true reviews many customers parcels were lost including mine. They were no help on finding it just call customer service. Will not be going back
There was quite a long queue here but the team still served us past closing time. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and had high energy at the end of a very long day! Excellent service.
