Despite staying for just one night, my experience at this hotel left a lasting impression. In the short time I spent there, I was able to fully appreciate the exceptional quality of service and accommodations it had to offer. From the moment I checked in to the moment I departed, every interaction with the staff was marked by warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by the front desk staff who made the check-in process seamless and efficient. They provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and ensured that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease and set the tone for the rest of my visit. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by its inviting ambiance and modern decor. Despite only staying for one night, it was evident that great care had been taken to ensure that every detail was attended to. The room was impeccably clean, with fresh linens on the bed and all the amenities I could possibly need for a pleasant stay. The highlight of my brief visit was undoubtedly the comfortable bed, which provided me with a restful night's sleep after a long day of travel. The mattress was luxuriously plush, and the pillows were just the right balance of softness and support. I drifted off to sleep almost immediately and woke up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated the next morning. Although my stay was short, I made sure to take advantage of the hotel's breakfast offerings before checking out. The traditional English breakfast served at the Beefeater restaurant was a delightful way to start the day. From savory classics like bacon and eggs to lighter options such as yogurt and fruit, there was something to satisfy every craving. The attentive service provided by the restaurant staff only added to the enjoyable dining experience. In conclusion, my one-night stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Despite its brevity, I was able to fully appreciate the level of quality and attention to detail that went into every aspect of my visit. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone in need of accommodations in the area, and I look forward to the opportunity to return for a longer stay in the future.
Ferry cancelled, port in chaos. Last minute booking. The staff were awesome especially Tom the manager, gave our young son an Easter egg. Also I left my watch in the room and they kept it for me until we returned a few days later. You don't have to be 5 star to have class.Rooms: 4/5
As with all the Premier Inn hotels our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient and it’s a great location.Rooms: 5/5
Great little place, friendly and attentive staff, very 'on the ball' and quick to respond, a friend's baby was sick on the bed and housekeeping had it changed and sorted in under 10 minutes, unfortunately I can't remember the name of the lady who checked us in but she was lovely and friendly, the young lady by the name of Faith who checked us out, very friendly, helpful, helped me out with a phone charger when I lost mine, great place, definitely recommend. Rooms: Spacious, well appointed, clean. Food & drinks: No food on site but there's a Beefeater literally 30 seconds walk, who do reasonably priced food and a good buffet breakfast.
The best thing about staying at this premier inn was the fact that there was a walk in shower. Beds are comfy but very high so quite difficult to get in and out of. Room was extremely cold upon arrival and took ages to heat up. Menu choice for evening meal could be better.
Standard Premier Inn with Beefeater attached. No lift so contact them before you arrive if you can’t manage stairs. Staff are polite and helpful. Bathrooms could do with a refurb.Rooms: 4/5

Great value, Claire on Reception was outstanding, really helpful polite very professional and extremely friendly. Safety: Security door to rooms, 24hr staff availability. Felt really safe and secure. Walkability: Pleasant 2 minute walk to Pub/Restaurant Food & drinks: Food was great quality and value. Staff very friendly and helpful. Drinks were pricey! But that's pubs across the board.
Great stay rooms we're perfect everything you would require for your stay plus for Breakfast and Evening meals it was attached to the Beefeater Pub next door cannot fault it will be back soon very busy which is good to see Nearby activities: Close to Portsmouth for the Navel Museum and D-Day experience
