Best Premier Inn we have ever stayed in. This Premier Inn should be the standard that all Premier Inns aim for :- pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Restaurant meals were great value and I very much appreciated the attention to detail that staff took because I have Coeliac Disease and needed to eat gluten free. Absolutely brilliant, highly recommended.
This premier inn is truly one of the best Ive stayed in. It justifies the name premier. The room is clean, tidy and had everything working. Every single person working in this hotel has a smile on their face. I think it was Adriana who would welcome me and my colleague for breakfast with the best smile I've seen in 4 weeks. The breakfast was great and hot and absolutely no waiting time. It's close from the city centre and exeter cathedral as well.nnI only wish other premier inn were like this
This hotel is in the ideal location for anything city centre as it’s close to everything.nPublic car park close to the hotel and fairly priced compared to others I used to.nThe room was spotless with all the necessities available .nHad breakfast here and I was very pleased with the choice , I love the hot buffet for your breakfast and the fact that it’s a buffet so you can chose and pick what you want as much as you want!nTeam encountered was friendly and hard working covering a multitude of different roles !
Rooms was clean and quiet. Staff were unfriendly. Advertised 2 drinks for £12 between 5-7 but staff couldn’t operate the till and one said the deal was not in effect any more even though there were posters all over the lobby and throughout the bar area advertising it . Kitchen was closed at night for “renovation” although open for breakfast we didn’t eat there because we thought it was closed 24/7. It seemed they were seriously short-staffed and staff needed better training.
Good spot. Park at Magdalen Street car park, easy walk from there.nnPremier Plus rooms are worth the additional moneynnBrekkie standard Prem Inn fayre.
