Thought this place would be a little under par but was super surprised. Check-in 24 hours. Bed was a heavenly sleep and there was a professionally lit makeup mirror in the room. We got breakfast a couple minutes up the road at the Cosy Club. Contrary to other reviews I've seen, we had no problems with the elevator.

Extremely clean and tidy hotel. The room was perfect. Air conditioning was very quiet, no noise from outside the windows, no noise carying from other rooms and hallways, consistent temperature shower. The restaurant decor is very modern and tasteful. The restaurant was quiet in the morning so instead of laying out the hot buffet, they brought out breakfast to order. You could still choose as much or as little as you like, but it comes out fresh, rather than Luke warm and dehydrated. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall great experience. Highly recommend!

Nice central location. Brilliant staff. Really really helpful. Hotel is a five star. The parking underneath the hotel is by ringo, so is a zero star for car parking. Card readers in machines don't work. Info tells you to ring from a location with No signal. Doesn't accept notes. Website designed by a blind non driver who was paid by ringo's competitor.

Good value and outstanding, convenient city center location in a relatively new hotel. Beds very comfortable. Clean rooms. No bathroom ventilation, in room phone, safe, furniture with shelves takes a solid 3-star down to 2 stars.

Very lovely hotel, super clean and soft beds. Food and drink is available and prices are reasonable. It's about a 10 minute walk to the closest train station
