I had a lovely stay in the hotel.  The room was clean and nice and the owner was very nice. Brealkfast is fantastic with homemade food cooked at the moment.  The hotel is close to the city center which makes everything easy.

Very nice house,comfortable and very clean rooms !nice breakfast cooked by the host himself!just a heads up...if you want croissants you have to tell them 24h before!

Top Hotel very good hotel Richard and Jayne are very very friendly people and can't do enough for you The breakfast is freshly cooked and very good WI FI is Free and for a hotel best Wi fi we have had it never dropped out.  The rooms are very spacious and clean it is ideal for town centre and Football ground I have nothing negative  to say about this hotel and when we come to Exeter again The Raffles will be the place we stay

Owner is greedy and likes cash so he doesn't have to show earnings, tax avoidance. The card machine does work don't fall for their lies. Owners son is a drug addict and injects. Housekeeper is full of herself, need to be put in her place. Place stinks of smoke, son and housekeeper smoke like trains. B&B's are legally required to be smoke free. Duvet covers get washed once every three weeks if lucky. Bigoted, racist, sexist, elitist pigs. AVOID, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

I arrived outside of greeting hours and they were amazing about it, double checking with me and making sure i got in ok. The place its really clean, has all the toiletries you would want and serves a fast good quality breakfast. Definitely all you would want in a bed and breakfast
