Perfectly situated in the centre of Exeter with limited free parking (which is rare in Exeter), this B&B was perfect for a place to lay your head after a night out. The shared bathroom is something to get your head around but they were clean and modern. The single room I had was adequate in size and had a large LCD tv, tea/coffee, a sink unit and wardrobe. It was a bit cold at night and the duvet didn't quite cover my 5ft 10 body which was a down point. The staff were very friendly and the cooked breakfast was fine.

Very positive experience, welcoming and accommodating staff with attention to detail. Breakfast has been delicious.  I will stay again!
