Excellent stay and hotel is well maintained, clean and practical. Breakfast was decent and good value. Had 2 minor issues in wrong room advised so key wouldn’t work on first two attempts, but the room staff realised but not reception what had happened and were helpful. Was allocated room with accessible bathroom and whilst this wasn’t an issue it would have been courteous to be advised beforehand as these bathrooms are functional but soulless if you don’t need one.
We spent Friday to Sunday afternoon. The staff was invaluable and friendly, the price including food was fantastic for our groups who also stayed, food was fantastic, plenty and great variety.nMeeting rooms were fantastic. Thank you for making our weekend meeting very enjoyable.
For me there are 3 things that make the stay enjoyable.nBooking and checking innThe cleanliness of the room v v IMPnAnd then friendliness of the staff.nAll 3 were excellent.nYour staff are particularly friendly and helpful. It is for that reason that I would definitely return.nThank you all very much
Super. Well located for parking, shops, cinema and leisure centre. Staff were welcoming and efficient, Ffion was very helpful and friendly.nnRooms are smallish but perfectly formed, plenty of work space, decent size television. Great air-conditioning and it was possible to open the window. Loved the decently sized mugs! Spotlessly clean. I'd definitely stay again or in another Leonardo Hotel.
The room was great, but the beds were quite uncomfortable and made my back hurt. I was so upset by it was so hard. My friends who checked in at the same hotel said it wasn’t the case for them. I was wondering if they failed to put a topper on my bed. I’m so upset by it and still suffering from not sleeping and a bad back. Checking out was fairly easy, though the queue was long considering there were four counters but only one operating. Parking validation also took a while since there was only one person handling it. On the bright side, the breakfast food was excellent!
