Very happy with my stay here. Lovely room in a superb, relatively central location, reasonably priced. Great customer service, particularly at Reception. The convenient on-site restaurant was very good too. Would definitely recommend.
If it weren’t for the staff, I would probably lower my rating. The workers at this hotel were very kind and helpful.nThe room, even by European standards, seemed small, plus the bathroom was tiny. Again, not sure if it’s just a UK thing, but it seemed overly small. Beds were very hard and pillows were very flat. AC/air kept turning off on its own.nLobby restaurant food was just ok. Staff was friendly, though!nDecently close to cathedral and the shops.
Excellent location, clean rooms, and towel changes daily, comfortable beds, and modern decor. Delicious hot breakfast with varied choices. Massive thanks to all the staff for their hospitality. Keep up the amazing work
Very lovely place. Easy to locate. Multistory car park opposite, the reception was so beautiful, well decorated. Check-in was smooth. I really liked the room. Very beautiful. Overall, it's good value for money
The hotel seems newly renovated, clean and the food incl. B'fast was top!! For the rooms I only gave 3 stars because I was not able to control the AC in any way - not temperature, not speed, I could not even switch it of ‍ I asked the staff twice but no one could fix it - they were all sweet and tried their best. So if you do not need/like AC call ahead if they fixed the problem.
