Juliet and the team at SilverSprings have been able to support our Company in the provision of suitable accommodation for the last year whilst staff whilst working away from home on a large commercial project in Exeter. Staff found the apartments were impeccably clean, with appropriate fixtures and equipment for long term stays. The apartments were in an excellent location and offered excellent value for money. We used SilverSprings for both long term and short term lettings and I would highly recommend their services. 5 out of 5 for customer services and the standard of accommodation provided.

Everything about the silver springs apartment was first rate. It had obviously been fitted out with great care- nothing had been done on the cheap. The apartment was spacious and contained everything you could possibly need. It is very close to the centre of Exeter and very reasonably priced. The staff I dealt with were helpful and friendly

Had a good stay at Silver Spring apartment. It is very close to the city centre and high street. The apartment is so well maintained and clean. It has everything needed for a short business stay. It would have been nice if they had dryer for the washing machine. Overall it's a 5 star.

I can highly recommend SilverSprings Apartment Hotel (serviced)!! It is situated on a quiet street in the city centre and in a lovely Georgian townhouse. Its location is convenient for both of Exeter's railway stations as well as the main shopping street and malls (5-10 min walk). Main bus routes passes the adjacent street (2 min walk) and you can also easily reach the University of Exeter by foot. Having experienced living in plenty of 3* and 4*, as well as some 5*, hotels around the world due to my job, I am always a bit wary of the vastly varied quality which I have experienced in UK's Bed & Breakfast / independent hotel industry. However, SilverSpring is rightly calling themselves luxury serviced Apartment as far as the UK market is concerned. This is evidenced by having returned for several long-term stays. The rooms and bathrooms are very modern and well-equipped (clean lines and with no traces of an overly eager private owner literally putting their "personal stamp" on the property with warning labels and what not, which tend to annoy me) - and in that respect exceeds other 3* establishment in town such as Jurys Inn and more on par with 4* properties such as the Royal Clarence Hotel (have stayed at both). The service of the rooms (cleaning) is excellent, and the check-in procedure consisting of using a code on the keypad etc are very well explained by the people running the hotel and is very easy to use. Speaking of 'people', although independent living, you feel very well taken care of, and communicated to, by actual people and not only automated, unfriendly emails. You can easily reach them on the phone and they answer your emails very quickly. If something happens, my impression is that they are "just around the corner" somewhere as they attend very promptly to things. They gladly offered to put in an additional mini-fridge in my room due to staying long-term and to store suitcases taking up space. The prices I would say are very competitive in Exeter, and probably the hotel with the lowest prices in the the 3*-4* segment in town and the region. Indeed, SilverSprings passes my informal "test": would I feel comfortably place a visiting business colleague or the hypothetical somewhat difficult in-laws which I wanted to impress, in SilverSprings? The answer is 'yes'.

I stayed in the garden flat ('large one bedroom') for almost five weeks in January/February. Prior to that I'd been staying at Exeter's newest Premier inn paying between £45-£75.50/night. In terms of value for money, Silversprings is streets ahead. The flat consisted of a reasonably sized living room with a large TV and comfortable sofa; a kitchen/dining area with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, etc.; a WC; an en suite bedroom with a comfortable bed (and bathtub and shower); and, a small outside area. The wifi is very good and is included. Oh and a cleaner comes in weekly to empty the bins, vacuum, clean the floors and the bathroom and wipe-down the surfaces. All inclusive. Being below ground level at the front it is quiet and easy to keep warm. This is better than being at home. What I liked about the flat was the level of detail - I'd be cooking and think to myself - oh, bother, a garlic press would be nice and then I'd find one. And so it went on - I was still finding new things at the end of my stay. The managing agents are top-class - thank you J. - nothing was too much trouble and any fault (usually minor) was sorted almost immediately. Faultless. I wish I could take Silversprings around with me wherever I travel.
