Brilliant staff who were especially helpful when we stayed after a long hospital stay unexpectedly away from home. Watch out for additional parking charges which the booking site gave the impression of being included. Nice room facilities and would love to use the pool under happier circumstances. Great location.
Great location, very helpful staff, huge private Paid parking.nnSwimming pool is charged at GBO 10 for people staying in hotel as well. The pool is alright not great, includes Jacuzzi.nnRoom service is great, hotel Pub and Food is really good. Great location to stay with family and kidsnnThe property is old and standards room could be stuffy.nnThere are very few family suites on which one of them has 3 steps to access the room. Was a pain to get in and out of room with Pra m.nnThe suite room is huge and lots of plugs and seats and surfaces. The floors above are creaky and noisynnOverall would rate it 3.5/5
Stayed here a few times and enjoy the Hotel. Service is always excellent and breakfast is better than most.nnThey have started charging guests for use of the pool however which is a shame as it was one of the draws to staying here.nnNo USB points on the rooms so make sure you take a plug!
Attended another conference here. This is a great hotel for functions and is conveniently located. Food is good, cater for various dietary requirements. Health suite looks lovely, although haven't used it.
Really great stay for my daughters 12th birthday, reception and housekeeping made it a little extra special, the room was lovely and clean, location was spot on a 5 min walk into the centre only minor niggle was breakfast buffet at 9am was very slow to be topped up other than that a lovely stay. Would come back again!
