A perfectly good place to stay for the night rather than travel back to Cornwall very late. Staff were nice and welcoming. The room and ensuite was very clean and the bedding and towels smelled and felt very fresh and clean. The breakfast was good. For the price £59 we felt it was reasonable and we would stay there again.
Really good staff who were very helpful and welcoming. Stayed for 2 nights in a twin room. Lovely clean, comfortable beds and a good sized ensuite with bath as well as shower. For the price, in such a central position, I don't think I could fault this hotel. Will definitely be back. Thank you for our stay.
A fair distance from the city centre. the room is a bit small but I was satisfied with it as I didn't feel discomfort. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. Really good pricing, great location. 9/10 would definitely book again. Also, could I point out the wardrobe in my room which I thought was a little odd but it was funny to see and it brightened up my stay xD

clean comfortable room which was of a good size. Decor was dated but place was clean. breakfast was basic cereals and full English. .. which was cooked to order. hotel was 15 mins walk from town centre. which was excellent. overall a cheap place to stay if luxury is not on the agenda
It is a small and basic hotel but very friendly and clean. Free wifi and breakfast make it a good deal. It is also in reasonable but not short walking distance to the city centre and the riverside area.
I can't complain about the staff or the breakfast, both of which where good,especially the staff. Very helpful and curtious. But if your spending £55+ PP, pay a little more or even the same and stay somewhere else. Felt like I'd slipped back in to the 80's and not in a good way.
Room very clean, bed very comfy and breakfast yummy. Positioned in a great location for the river and the city centre. Thoroughly recommend and all for a good price.
Dirty bathroom and main light not working so had to use small table lamp. No frills accommodation. Pleasant enough staff.
Nice basic hotel. The room is very small and plain but also nice and clean. The staff were friendly.
