The staff were exceptional! They made a point of remembering my name and made me feel so welcome and at home. The food was beautiful with a great menu and choice, both evening and breakfast. The service was fast, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this Premier inn.

We arrived at 11am, without having booked an early check-in. Having been up driving since 2am, we just wanted to sleep. The duty manager found us a room within 10 minutes, and soon after we were snug and asleep in the super comfy bed. We opted for an evening meal at the hotel - the staff were again fantastic and the burgers we chose were really good. The following morning, breakfast was much better than I've had at similar buffet style hotels. Yet again, the staff were amazing.nnThis Premier Inn exceeds all the others we've stayed in many ways

Good location, felt well maintained and clean, room was great and had a comfortable bed. They offer a small dining area, and self service check in. Parking is chargeable. However upon arrival you need a key card to enter the building, not particularly useful when you haven't checked in yet.

Hi I stayed here with my family recently and the staff where absolutely brilliant especially Stacey  she went above and beyond to help us as I had made the booking for the wrong day and when we arrived in the late evening we where exhausted and she sorted all out for us in no time, she is a great member of the staff and she would be one of the reasons  why we would stay there again, every Hotel should have a Stacey, she is worth her weight in Gold. Amazing Amazing Amazing

Had a great stay here, all staff were lovely and helpful, room was comfortable and the breakfast was good and fresh. Only 5 mins walk from Hamilton Sq station , which is only three stops from Liverpool Central station so this hotel is handy for trips across to Liverpool also.nWould stay here again .
