For a chicken fast food joint, Popeyes is okay. The chicken was tender and succulent, although a bit bland. I just got the regular chicken, so I’m not sure how the spicy chicken fares.nnThe restaurant was kept clean, including the toilets downstairs, and seating was comfortable.
This is the most wonderful experience I am going to share, well today was the first time of mine in popeys before this, I always use to go in mac d , but I thought to tried something different today then i preferpopeys .when I went there I was so confused what meal should I choose because of mine frist time , Then I made decision of asking the girl manager but instead of helping me she was busy talking and joking with fryer man and the boy manager then I saw 1 Asian girl I asked her if she can help me . Eventhough she was cleaning trays she didn't denay me to help and withnthe cute smile she came and suggested me to try box meal omg she was so helpful , polite as well as nice .and the intresting thing is we both are rai so we understand each other language it makes me more enjoyable and comfortable with her . Well thenbox meal was unbelievable I really enjoyed the food thanks to miss rai , then I called my some of the colleagues to try milkshakes and foods we all.enjoyed a lot ,again thanks for making us not to regret choosing popeys instead of mac d thanks miss rainSurely we will.love to visit again
Of the few Popeyes' around London, this one is the most central, and definitely feels like a flagship location. The premises are excellent, a Nighthawks-style corner diner spot, with tasteful seating and bright decor.nnThey really lean heavy on the Louisiana vibe, with a pleasant mix of New Orleans-inspired music playing through the speakers - I even heard the theme to the TV show Treme in there. For dining in, your food is brought to you, which was a pleasant surprise. It came fresh and fast after I ordered on the touchscreen, but the place wasn't too busy on the weekday evening I went.nnThe chicken sandwich really is worth the hype - good chicken, lettuce and most of all a good bun, which is a real plus. It's still a fast-food chicken sandwich, but shockingly it looks just like the advert, which other places fail to do - looking at you, McDonalds and Burger King.nnI went all out and tried the tenders big and juicy, and a biscuit, both of which were good. However, £2.50 for only one biscuit fresh and fluffy inside, crumbly outside is obscene, and the gravy, though fine, is too much for one person. Another pleasant surprise was the cajun-style fries, which were satisfyingly toothsome inside while being crispy outside, and well seasoned. For a regular meal and two sides, this came to £16, but closer to £10 if you're willing to skip the sides.nnOverall, it really feels like Popeyes are putting in the effort at this location - the place is clean, the staff are fast and pleasant. For a fast food place, it really surprised me with how good it was. Worth the trip, if you're curious.nnAlso worth noting - the bathrooms are downstairs, so are not wheelchair accessible.

Laxmi was absolutely lovely. So helpful and friendly. She even helped us decide what to Eat by giving us a good description of each food item. Food was delicious and tasty.nWould highly recommend
