Beautiful place and lovely vibe. We went for the brunch. We could not get the booking but they were taking walk ins. We got a table after about 10-15 min of wait. Amazing food with lovely plating and flavors. Grilled Kimchi cheese toast was great so were sweet corn fritters and ricotta hotcakes. Pavlova was divine. Would happily go back. The place is pet friendly
Had brunch on Saturday morning and was not disappointed.nIt’s fills up quickly so please try to get there early .nYou have a choice of vegetarian and non vegetarian menu .nI had the avocado, side of toast with poached eggs ,fresh and good ingredients will never go wrong.nnWhat was most impressive was the ricotta pancakes with caramelised sauce and banana, it tasted moist but not wet, great texture paired with touch of syrup .
My wife wanted to visit for breakfast for along time and i decided to indulge her. We were a walk in, no booking as it was a bot spontaneous, there weren't many tables taken for 9:30 on Sunday morning.nFood was excellent the famous scrambled eggs definitely live up to the hype, and the pancakes were fluffy and delicious. Everything was well cooked and nicely presented.nnAnother mention is service was also great. Shoutout to our our server who was friendly, sociable and added an extra layer of personality to the place.nnThe only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is the value. While the quality was very good, i have been in alot of breakfast/brunch spots and i can't justify a bill that came to around £80 plus for two breakfasts, a pancake and two coffees, which i believe, felt a little expensive for what we ordered.nnOverall, a really enjoyable brunch in a lovely setting, just be prepared for Notting Hill prices.
Always my favourite breakfast spot. Zen our waiter we have had twice for both mine and my brothers birthdays in the last 2 weeks and he has been THE BEST every time. He’s so attentive, so kind and always has a great sense of humor. Thank you Zen!!!
I had a sixth sense walking in, this would be the case. The case of disappointment and lingering dissatisfaction.nnI wanted to know what all the hype was about pancakes ive heard everyone raving about on social media. WRONGGGGGGGGGGG became a reminder never to be influenced by influencers again. Extortionate prices for pancakes that tasted like plaster mix and powder pancake tubes i had as a child from B&M DRYYYYYY with a banana slapped on the side standing all awkward nnThe sandwich was good as told by my friend - but the eerie vibe consisted of business casual polo shirts, button ups and cheap cocktail dresses. Felt like i was surrounded by members of the klu kl*x kl*n - looking at me and my friend like we were entities.nnHonestly a great place for posers and narcissists that want to show off on instagram. Service was as expected slow with these sorts of establishments. Some of the staff of more melanation were the only ones who seemed to show any sign of customer service and kindness to us.nn1 stars for themn1 stars for the cleanliness and great hygiene
