Went today for the mad hatters afternoon tea and it was amazing!! From the minute we entered the hotel the lovely man on the door greeted us and was very helpful to the waiter and waitress serving us that were so attentive!! Food was fabulous and service was superb!! Such good value and a wonderful experience.

Very slow service even though it wasn’t that busy. Lukewarm risotto that was undercooked. Poor value for money. I won’t be returning.

Service was rotten. 2.5hrs for a 3 course meal. And it wasn't because the food was sitting on our table waiting for us. 20 mins before server even came to the table! 1 hour wait for a little 1x1 square of chocolate moose!!!! Rotten. Never come here again!!!!

Great Mad Hatters afternoon tea but building entrance is very outdated.

Went there 2 weeks ago. No complaints really. Food was excellent, service was excellent. The place is in the hotel which is not apparent when you're standing outside. Some of the best satay the wife and I have had. We'll recommended for Malaysian food, albeit its not cheap.
