I can not fault this place. One of the very best and reputable Iranian Persian restaurant in London. The quality of food is high standard and to be honest the volume of it is huge! The service was good, fast and friendly. The atmosphere is good but when busy you might be seated in new extended part of the restaurant.nI will definitely recommend this place for overall quality but the food is the best.
I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Kish Restaurant in London, and I can confidently say it's one of the best Persian experiences I've had. If you're craving authentic Persian food, this is the place to be. Their menu is a monstrous 33 pages long, and each dish comes with a photo so even a non-Persian like me could easily navigate and choose something delicious.nnThe staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The portions are HUGE, so be prepared to leave feeling incredibly full and satisfied. The food arrived promptly, and it was absolutely mouthwatering. From the succulent kebabs to the flavorful stews, every bite was a delight.nnWhether you prefer to dine indoors or outdoors, Kish has you covered. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. Just be aware that it gets super busy on weekends, so booking a table is essential unless you're feeling adventurous.nnAnd if you're too lazy to leave the house, don't worry! Kish offers both delivery and pickup services. It might be a bit on the pricier side, but trust me, the food and service are totally worth every penny. This place is a hidden gem, and I can't wait to go back and explore more of their delicious menu.
The food is absolutely amazing, and the staff are lovely from start to finish. I would like to thank the amazing lady, Filis, who helped us choose our food and checked on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Her smile never left her face. Disappointing Experience at an Iranian RestaurantnnAs an Iranian who has grown up enjoying the depth and complexity of authentic Persian cuisine, my visit to this restaurant was deeply underwhelming. The food failed to capture the essence of traditional Iranian flavours, coming across as bland and uninspired. Dishes that should have been vibrant and aromatic felt muted, as though they had been tailored to suit a more generic palate. For instance, the kebabs lacked the juiciness and smoky char that are hallmarks of Persian grilling, and the stews were watery, missing the slow-cooked richness that defines them. Even the saffron rice, which should have been fragrant and buttery, was disappointingly plain.nnAdding to the disappointment, the portion sizes were modest while the prices were disproportionately high. It’s hard to justify such costs when the quality of the food doesn’t align with the expectations set by authentic Iranian cuisine. A simple meal here ended up feeling unnecessarily expensive, further detracting from the experience.nnEqually disheartening was the lack of hospitality from the staff. In Iranian culture, hospitality is paramount, and diners are typically made to feel like honoured guests. Unfortunately, the service here was cold and impersonal, with staff appearing uninterested and at times even dismissive. This lack of warmth created an atmosphere that felt anything but inviting.nnWhile I appreciate the effort to bring Persian food to a broader audience, this restaurant did not live up to the standards one would expect, especially for someone familiar with the cuisine’s true potential. I left feeling disappointed and somewhat disheartened that cuisine so rich in flavour, culture, and tradition could be represented in such a lacklustre way. For Iranians seeking a taste of home, or for anyone curious about authentic Persian food, this place would not be my recommendation. There are certainly better options out there that do justice to the richness and warmth of Iranian culinary traditions.
Kish Restaurant is a standout dining spot, offering a fantastic variety of both Persian and non-Persian cuisine. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, catering to a wide range of tastes. Their coffee is the best in town, making it a great place for any meal or a coffee break. What truly elevates the experience is the outstanding customer service—Sahar and Ismail are incredibly warm and attentive, ensuring every guest feels welcome. The restaurant’s ambiance is beautiful and relaxing, perfect for any occasion, and the location is convenient too. Highly recommended!
