A grand old fashioned Hotel that's looking a little bit tired but being lovingly cared for by an enthusiastic team. The twin room we shared was small but most adequate, exceptional mattresses on beds ensures a good night's sleep alongside a really fantastic buffet style breakfast. Would definitely like to stay again.

Old fashioned levels of customer care but in a good way the two different guys on reception were truly amazing. As no smokers the all envasive pong at the front door is a real shame. I bet the hotel could fix this with a little thought still allow the puffers to indulge with out me needing to breath it. Only down side. Great place and great value stay. PS Breakfast Chef rocks fresh runny eggs every five or ten minutes.

Well I haven't stayed at The Imperial before but when I walked up to it the amazing brickwork was incredibly eye-catching and made it stand out a lot. Things only got better when I walked through the door and came across the massive hallway and the reception staff are very friendly and give you a warm welcome. If I do get the chance to stay at your amazing hotel then I would happily do so.

Really lovely, grand hotel. Friendly staff with excellent service. Had a tour of the historic Turkish/Roman baths which was very interesting. Didn't stay over but they hosted my corporate event. No complaints.

BIG THANK YOU TO THE IMPERIAL HOTEL, SPENT OUR 10TH ANNIVERSARY THERE. NICE HOTEL AND CLEAN BUT THING THAT UPSET ME, 1.NO PARKING SPACE AND STILL CHARGE ME FOR IT 2.HELD £600 ON MY CARD AND NOT BEING ABLE TO SPEND IT GAVE IT BACK 2 WEEKS LATER. 3.ROOM KEY CARD NOT WORKING 2 TIMES, HAD TO GO BACK TO THE RECEPTION. 4.BED TOO SMALL MY FEET STICK OUT 5.CREAKING FLOOR BOARDS COULD NOT SLEEP 6.PAID FOR SEA VIEW SUITE AND WAS NOT CHEAP, BOOKED 6 WEEKS IN ADVANCE BUT DID NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PHOTO AND I DID TELL THEM IT WAS OUR ANNIVERSARY TO GIVE US A GOOD ROOM. 7.FELT OUT OF PLACE WITH SOME OF THE BREAKFAST STAFF, MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNWELCOME. 8. HEATER WAS NOT WORKING IN THE BATH ROOM. REALLY SPOILT MY 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY. I EXPECTED BETTER
