Rooms very clean the biggest shower I have ever seen in a hotel, the meals were excellent,the chef definitely knows how to cook meat it just melts in the mouth. Very friendly and helpful staff. Second time we have been, definitely will be retuning.theRooms: 5/5
Enjoy my stays there. I think a few more staff would help though. Bar service was a bit slow, mainly due to the bar team having to collect and serve food there also. Room was ok. A little tired and the bathroom I had could do with a refurb. Breakfast was nice and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic. At the quieter end of Blackpool and close to a tram stop. Yes, I'll return.
Stayed here few years ago with my mum and daughter. The hotel is beautiful very clean rooms, entertainment brilliant location is nearby to the main attractions of blackpool. Really enjoyed my stay i have booked to take my partner and our son for their birthdays this year in august for the weekend really looking forward to it. Rooms: Very clean and spacious Walkability: About a 5 minute walk from town centre and beach Food & drinks: Food delicious and alot to choose from especially at breakfast. Bar offer a great variety of drinks

My best friends wedding was held at the park house hotel, we live in blackpool but we stayed over at the hotel on the eve of my friends wedding, the room was clean, warm, plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits, we enjoyed the evening meal, lovely three course meal wonderfully cooked. In the morning a full english breakfast was delivered to the room which was again perfect. The staff were all amazing and couldnt have been more helpful and there were a lot of requests being as it was a wedding venue. Everything was perfect from start to finish, a big thank you to all the staff for making my friends wedding a day to remember x
Booked this last minute for an Xmas do because of the train strike, everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The room was lovely- modern decoration and a lovely view out to sea, and a comfy bed.... and they have parking spaces. Thanks for having me, would come again :Rooms: 5/5
Big hotel with lots of comfort. Double room had a very comfortable, if slightly small, bed. Rooms were clean and spacious. Slight smell of drains one time but most of the time it wasn't there. Sea view. Live entertainment and bingo every night. Breakfast was excellent, evening meal decent and good value.
Spent 4 days here over ay bank holiday the service second to none staff excellant only had thier breakfasts but they were also very good.that had porters to take cases to rooms you don't see that service very much these days. Prices very reasonable and worth every penny thank yoy to the staff for a lovely weekend. Rooms: Will recommend rooms clean and very comfortable Walkability: 10 to 15 min walk to town depending on your own mobility. Food & drinks: Excellent food and service quick Noteworthy details: Check in very smooth reception very helpful with info. Couldn't fault the dining room staff all so pleasant.
What amazing aftercare service when I had a couple of issues at their sister hotel the Doric. However, how a complaint is dealt with us critical to anyone's opioion and I must give praise to One of the management team Dylan. He has not only been professional, understanding and saw my issues from the customers perspective. Dylan rectified and re built my confidence in Waterside Hotels. I have also recently stayed at the Park House whereby service and standards were second to none. I would not hesitate in recommending or staying at Park House in the future. Dylan, it's very rare these days that you get any individual to go above and beyond, but you did that with ease and being both professional whilst ensuring excellent communication to me. Thankyou.
