It was shown as a pick up location for a delivery and they refused the parcel, costing me a good deal that expired. Utterly useless
If I could give zero stars I would. People who work there are extremely rude! No professionalism or customer service skills. Don’t even say hello or thank you. When on their own they’re on phone speaking Indian while serving, if with someone else they’re bickering. A woman just shouted at the customer and didn’t let her speak when she was trying to raise an issue about receiving some money and she didn’t get the right amount.

Very disappointed. Store due to open at 10am. Employee let themselves in at 9:55am. It is now 10:15 and they have still not opened the store.
Always have a terrible experience here. Post office is either inexplicably closed even if someone is sitting there behind the counter or there will be a sign saying “be back in 5 minutes” when really they don’t return for 1 hour. Waste of time, just use another post office.
Happily Disappointed - I read all the terrible reviews and decided I HAD to try this place out for myself. I went during lunchbreak and found they were OPEN. Bought myself an envelope at the counter and it was EASY. I was THIRD in queue and had to let somebody ahead as I was still writing the address on the envelope - the owner short guy with glasses was attentive, efficient and polite. I was out in 5 minutes, with my receipt, tracking number and package all sorted out. Will have to go back and try my luck again!!
Sent return to Shein with prepaid label Tracked 48. Never received by Shein, not able to track. Called Royal mail only to find out that Ladbroke Grove Post Office never actually scan the label. Parcel is lost and with it refund for return. Tried to call post office. Either nobody answers or they hang up on me. Terrible
Absolute racist shop I’ve been coming to this shop since I was a kid and on this occasion the Indian shopkeeper with the glasses decided to tell me my money is fake with a very aggressive behaviour which was highly unnecessary. Bearing in mind they do always seem to have a problem and a really bad attitude when it comes to topping up Oyster cards. Also I know my money weren’t fake as it was accepted at the bank so i know they being racist. It is clearly obvious they have a problem with people of a certain colour so maybe it might be useful if they move to a area where they feel more comfortable within their own community. WARNING to the people of colour do not waste your money in this shop the 1*star reviews are true
Would leave them 0 stars if it was possible. Rude staff and shockingly awful customer service. Waited over 25 minutes for the customer in front of me to be done. Before I could even drop off my parcel click and drop I was told they’d closed. I explained that I’d been waiting a while and only needed to drop off my parcel with them to be shouted at and ridiculed for ‘turning up so late’. So if you’d like to be served make sure you turn up at least an hour before closing… Next time I’ll use the other post office!
The guy who works there was on the phone call while sorting my parcel. Didn’t even listen to me, charged me for domestic delivery when it was international it said on the parcel US address but he didn’t even bother to read. Didn’t even ask me if I need tracking number I had yell and interrupted his phone conversation. Sorry sad person working a job that he hates
