Excellent cinema with great popcorn and amazing screens. Ticket process is so easy - just use the self ticket booths and that's it. Rates are slightly expensive than Cineworld though. Staff is super helpful
I have been going to ODEON for the past 2 years and never have I been disappointed. I didn’t have any issue until now. Either you want to book before going or get your ticket when in place, you don’t have to worry. So I do recommend
Great evening out with friends. Saw Wakanda Forever, it was fairly busy. Great cinema...I don't think I would go back, due to it being busy. I had annoying person behind me kicking my chair and on their phone. I would probably go during the day.
This place does what it needs to. It has plenty of screens, and is in the city centre, so is very accessible. It just feels a bit soulless, and I struggled to find a male toilet on the higher levels. There were no staff up there to help, and the signs were confusing. But the cinema seats were comfy with loads of legroom I'm 195cm. The ticket price seemed expensive at almost £19, but maybe that's just because I'm from Scotland
Actually a really good cinema, it’s clean and fast service just one problem was the downstairs toilets one door for the cubicle was hanging off but other then that the staff are friendly and helpful. The overall cinema is clean and tidy. During our film a group of girls came in during the movie and was disrupting it but the security soon came along and sorted it all out and swiftly escorted them out of the premises. so big thanks to the doorman.
ODEON cinemas are my favourite because of their services, cleanliness and also their friendly staff. I am just wondering why the 3D movies have disappeared?? I used to addicted to them I will give a 5 stars when the 3D service comes back . Yet, well done
Nice cinema in the centre. Good size seats and screens
Nice cinema to go to, lots of screens including IMAX and conveniently has lots of food places around it to go to before or after your film. It has a big foyer so the area doesn't get crowded easily and there are lots of tills to buy snacks at, again to avoid big queues. Film trailers are projector onto the curved wall above, in the centre, so if you're struggling for what to watch you can take a look at the trailers. I thought this was a very cute addition to the cinema.You can use the machines on the way in to book your ticket, if you haven't already, or go to a desk if you don't like doing it that way. The staff are always happy to help assist you. There are easy to locate stairs, escalators or a lift to the floor above with toilets also being relatively easy to spot, the sign is clear so it could be a struggle for some people to see. There is also disabled toilets available. Now the toilets were accommodating to a lot of people, with lower down sinks for children, however the whole room from sinks, to the toilets, to the floor, was not exactly what I'd call clean. There were a few taps broken and half the soap dispensers didn't work, luckily there wasn't any puddles on the floor but there were on the side. Toilet paper was strewn all over different cubicles and they just looked unclean. The room could definitely do with an air freshener as well. If you forget about the toilets then the rest of the place is clean and spacious. The screen we went in was a bit dark in the row so we were glad we were only sat a couple chairs in, but that's not really a problem, torches exist. The chairs are relatively comfy, have drink holders in and give a good amount of leg room. I have it four stars because the toilets aren't the best, but the cinema sets out to do what it is intended for and the staff are always very accommodating and helpful when I go. I also like that it's so big and not busy when I've been.
Would be 4 star. if it was updated i got so called great seats was cracked. The staff are OK best none outstanding for me to see. One who scan the ticket was more interested in talk with another staff member.
Love this Cinema and the IMAX showings are next level. Never had an issue with staff and screens always clean. Food is expensive but you expect this and its always been good, that cheese sauce on top of nachos and Jalapeños is just insanely good! Would rate a 5 but the wait for food and drinks when going to see a film is far too long. This is NOT the staffs fault though as you can see they are grafting away and working hard. It's the system they have in place, you can order via a touch screen, the counter and now via app, this is far too much for the staff, they should separate the counters, one that deals with touch screen orders, one for app orders and so on. Get there 30 mins early if you want you food/snacks in time to watch the trailers.
