The iSense 3d screens are brilliant and the chairs are unbelievably comfortable. It is really expensive thought, costing just short of £50 for two people to see a film and that’s without snacks which were an extra £10.
Nice little cinema, staff are all fine, but you charge more to watch a 3D movie, then you have the nerve to say "hey, you can't watch this film you have just paid more to see in 3D unless you pay for our 3D glasses, on top". £17 to watch a film! I know it's a Luxe cinema but come on! Pure ludicrous pricing from Odeon, especially at a time when people have less disposable income. Cineworld in the town centre is much better value for money. Review your prices if you want to keep customers coming.
Turn off the air con guys!!!! Lovely cinema, very comfortable recliner seats, great sound, but for gods sake...... I don't want to be cold in January watching a film in a cinema. If I want to be cold. I'll go outside.
There are plenty of spaces to park your car. Staff are very friendly and polite. The cinemas have reclining seats, which are very comfortable to sit in, even for watching films for 3 hours or more. This was my first time visiting the Odeon and would definitely visit there again.
There was no toilet roll in any of the toilets. The queue for food was ridiculous The staff behind the tills where clueless There was no ice to put in the drink the drink was flat The actual the cinema experience was fantastic the seats were amazing everything film wise was amazing, it was just the food thing that was the worst
Took 2 grandchildren to Odeon Warrington…shocked at such extortionate prices. £43.50…no concessions on a Sunday. Also had to ask staff to reduce the sound as far too loud and was hurting the 6 year old and my ears. Disappointing experience. Definitely won’t be going there again
Cinema is great, comfy chairs nice snacks but extremely expensive. The ticket prices have shot up!! Ill be using my 2 for 1 next time
Lovely cinema, reclining seats are amazing and staff are always friendly and helpful! The only thing putting me off giving 5 stars is both times we have attended it has taken roughly 20 minutes if not more to get our food. The food tastes great and I would not fault the staff at all, I feel like a better system just needs to be put in place to make this run smoother and quicker - so if you're heading to this cinema and want food, definitely get there earlier especially if its warm food such as the pizza that you're after.
Very impressed with the seats, complete recliner, with food tray and bottle holder added bonus. Very much relaxing experience to watch a movie
Love it here!! Great seats, and limitless is great value for money!
