Nice building, great film options and at times so you can watch another film after a short wait. Staff were nice. Place was cleaned well. However, I had to wait until after the start time for both movies for them to finish cleaning so we could go in. There were not enough seats in the waiting area, even though there were not many of us. Didn't like having to buy tickets at the snack area, should have a seperate area for that. Had to wait for someone to come check our tickets, but they were too busy talking to a colleague.
Been coming here on a weekly basis for over 10 years and on the whole a pretty solid setup.nPricing beats all other multiplexes. Online feature makes it easy to avoid queues. Screens are pretty clean on arrival.nI have mentioned the quality of the chairs that needed improving in a lot of their screens for some time.nThey recently not only improved them, but enhanced them to recliner's and their Ultra Lux seats.nI recently went to see Wicked and Moana 2 and chose their Ultra Lux seats.nA fantastic experience to have. A relaxing recliner, good amount of space for your food and drink and a cheeky bit of storage underneath for your belongings.nAll that's missing is an IMAX screen and my local cinema will be perfect.
The movie experience was good but you have to pay separately for the drinks, even though if you buy a cup you would still have to pay separately they should really put up a sign
Absolutely amazing customer service!!!nLeft my bag by accident, they helped me locate it in the managers office even though it was closed! Also have reclining seats
Fantastic family treat. Some of the cheapest prices family screenings from £2.50 pp and friendliest staff around!! Very clean, comfortable seating, clean toilets, fresh food/drink & all the latest films available. Blows other cinema companies out of the water! Wish we had a VUE cinema in our town!!
