Have recently retired and subscribed to an Unlimited Pass. So far, so good. Staff are excellent, cleanliness is very good and I have thoroughly enjoyed the 7 movies I have recently watched. However, I just wish there were more early starts around 11am. Small gripe. Enjoying it so far!!
Wish I could give 3.5 stars. Can’t fault the cleanliness of the cinema, but unfortunately the £11 ticket price is too high compared to rivals like ODEON for the experience.nnYou can tell Cineworld is in trouble and doesn’t have the funds to modernise. Felt like a step back to 2005. Red fabric chairs, a small and a dark low quality screen, and overhead lights that stay on the entire film? Just turn them off!nnI dare say the experience is better at the bargain £5.99 VUE screens. It’s a real shame for the staff that Cineworld is falling behind its competitors.nnAlso - I may have read it wrong.. but £11 for two drinks? Is that correct? People can just bring their own food and drink, why on earth would I pay that unless I was literally dehydrated and close to collapse?
Comfortable seats, good heating but expensive
Standard multi screen cinema. Needs to update the seating as other cinemas that are relatively local have full leather reclining seats as standard.... Far comfier than cineworlds seating. Cost of pic n mix still shocks me despite knowing in advance that it is expensive.
A big cinema complex, we were in screen 2 watching Dispicable Me4. Clean cinema and pleasant staff. Cinema slightly on the pricey side however.
