Like others had mixed experience of ordering snacks. The person serving the Costa coffee is always so helpful. The cinema is well located and serves the local community excellently as it gives us a place to watch the kids' latest movies in comfy spacious seats. I always pick a place where my 6 year old can move about a bit without bothering others as she can never sit still, and there is always a spot for this issue - for that I am grateful.
Nice enough cinema, bit on the small side which to be honest I prefer the screens are cosy. Costa isn't always open either which is frustrating as you can't get a hot drink from the Odeon counter. Toilets etc are clean enough and the staff seem nice. Choice of films is again a bit hit and miss compared to bigger cinemas
It's a small and quaint cinema for a small and quaint town. The facilities are clean, the staff are friendly. I do think they tend to hire younger people I think to help with college maybe but it's nice to see them being productivenThe location is easily accessible and close to an arcade with bowling, taco bell, Mecca bingo. There's plenty of parking
The staff are fantastic, so friendly and welcoming, and had a bit of a laugh and joke around with us, including joking around with my step daughters as they were getting their pick and mix. This helped to make the evening a bit more fun and enjoyable.nnOur film was on screen 3, I think it was. It was fine, the screen was large and sound was good. We sat towards the back in the middle, so viewing angles were great. The negative, though, were the seats, which were a little uncomfortable, especially as it got toward the end of the film. Because of this, I've removed a star.nnOverall, I'd recommend coming here, and we will be heading back for sure.
I was in the cinema today carrying out some work, and was shown around by the manager Jade. She was extremely helpful and friendly and the rest of the staff were also great. I’ve worked in quite a few Odeon’s, and this was by far the cleanest with the most dedicated staff. Thanks for everything.
