Convenient location only positive about the whole Barons Quay development Helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable facilities, but over-priced, poor quality snacks and slow service times pretty much like all cinema experiences. Can look scruffy and untidy at times, but that appears to be down to the littering habits of the customers, rather than the fault of the cinema.

Came in to watch film with my son.  Food is massively overpriced and they took so long getting it ready that half of it had gone cold. It literally took 3 staff members to get my order ready. Other than that the venue was fine, although I wouldn't bother upgrading seats like I did - I couldn't tell the difference between our seats and the normal ones.

Great cinema showing lots of movies . Been there many times . However food is quite expensive.  But all in all it's a great  place.

Sad to see Northwich has lost the seafarer,and most of the great shops,new build stuff is nice,coffee shops great,nice visit for a couple of hours.

Had a lovely day out at Odeon this past weekend. Was helped by staff member - can’t remember her name but she was wearing a skeleton shirt - who was really attentive and great with the kids, giving the girls stickers and a Wild Robot toy. Food a bit pricey but a fantastic trip nonetheless and excellent customer service.
