New cinema with no recliner seats. Premium seats have no recline and are uncomfortable

i come here alot and never had anything to complain about, i have purchased limitless as its my local odeon..nmy boyfriend had allowed my friend to use his limitless code. which he still pays for monthly.nas he is in work today. they scanned it and it was all fine, a girl- looked about 17/18years old with blue hair came up to us with quite a rude tone on her and said we cant do this. which i fail to understand why..as the limitless is still being paid for?ni didn’t appreciate being spoken to this way.nnothing else i can fault foods good screens are brilliant- just maybe speak to your staff about being kinder to customersnjust brings the place down when you have rude staff members.

No recliner chairs, if they had them we'd be making a routine monthly date here, however it's not an option unfortunately.nNo issues with screens or facilities outside of 21st century comfort.

Very helpful friendly staff, especially a young man that helped me and my daughter find our way.nComfortable seat and a good place to watch a movie

Clean,temperature was very comfortable as some cinemas can be cold. Comfortable seats,clean toilets
