Fantastic cinema not too far from me and with plenty of parking. Good snack options and comfortable chairs with cup holders.
Go to cinemas for me to watch Indian movies. Very clean inside the screens and in the communal areas as well. Friendly staffs. Plenty of free parking spaces. It's inside the shopping centre and there are so many food options & entertainment closeby. Overall it is a good spot to visit.
Always clean and tidy with helpful team. Lots of options for food and snacks and massive prices ! Can’t take a star off for mad Cinema Prices because they are all the same and they have to make their money somewhere because the screens are nearly always empty. The beauty of this cinema as a customer is the fact it’s always empty so very quiet and relaxing.
Decent cinema, no recliners but was still comfortable. Screen size and sound quality as expected.
This is not my local Cineworld so I am not able to visit often, but I love to visit as a treat. The speke Cineworld is located upstairs but there are escalators leading up to the reception. The Cineworld is also located on the Speke retail park so there is plenty of parking available including disabled parking right outside. I pay for a monthly Cineworld card and had to pay an extra free when visiting this Cineworld after the recent change to the cards. This is a little disappointing, also different movies are played at this Cineworld compared to my local one. This Cineworld itself is lovely. There's a large counter that serves ice cream, food and drinks. There is also a sweet counter for a pick and mix. The food and drinks are alittle expensive even with the Cineworld card discount, but I kind of expect this now from Cineworld. There is a seating area inside were you can wait for the movie to start. There are multiple movie rooms that all play different movies throughout the day. There are also toilets near the screens so you won't miss to much of the movie if you do need to nip out. The movie rooms themselves are amazing! The chairs are fantastic quality and even lean back slightly. Each chair comes fitted with a cup holder. The screens are large and the sound quality is out of this world. It really makes your feel immersed in the movie world. I will definitely be visiting again. But it will now be for more selected movies as there is now an extra charge.
The cinema was clean. Comfy seats. We personally didn’t enjoy the movie but that’s no reflection on the cinema. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is due to the customer service. I don’t know if it had been a long day for him but the man serving us just looked really fed up and like he didn’t want to be there so from a customer perspective that wasn’t particularly great.
Our second home here in Liverpool. Comfortable chairs, amazing decor, warm atmosphere and excellent service. Loved this place so much. One tip: Make their unlimited card, you won't regret it.
Went to see ghostbusters with my children place was packed but a group of travellers with loads of kids where on there phones vaping and letting there kids play loud games while recording live ticktoks the parents one lit up a cigarette and began smoking before proclaiming to the audience that she was only having half my daughter began coffining loudly something which annoyed the smoking gypsie she then tried to climb over the seat in a rage and attempted to burn my child in the face with the lit cigarette but only got ash in her eyes I was powerless to do anything as I felt like if I complained she would know it was me and they would get more violent outside once I left the venue
270 degree screen really feels you have interaction. It doesn't blast your ears apart with the sound, comfortable seats. I'm going again
had a lovely day but the snacks are a bit spicy other than that lovely clean and not rushed
