We have chosen Spiderman but it s cartoon and we didnt like so we decided to change with Transformers, they have changed our tickets without problem. The staff didnt say anything to us and also we didnt ask but they were lovely and changed our tickets. Great sound it wasnt crowded i really enjoyed the movie. Defenately i will go back.
Seriously dated and dirty cinema. Looks like it hasn’t been touched since the mid 90s. Desperately uncomfortable seats. Even the premier seats were less comfortable than modern standard seating. Also freezing. Had to ask them to put the heating on. Surprisingly, the cinema was empty?
Visited this week as carers to a severely disabled young lady to see Migration. As we were going into the screen the gentleman who met us to take our ticket, addressed G directly,asked her how she was, what she was going to see and was very cheerful. To most , this might not seem exciting but to G , it meant the world, to be addressed as an individual, instead of being ignored.To be treated as an important individual.On our way out, he asked her if she enjoyed the film and we said she had loved the music and colours. We asked his name. It was Jack. Thank you Jack for making her day. She will remember you for a long time. We will definitely be going back in the hope of seeing him again to make her experience special. Great asset to your company. Small acts have the biggest impacts in ways you do not realise. Thank you again Jack.
Staff are really friendly and helpful. I've had a couple of instances where I've made a mistake when ordering tickets via the app. Totally my fault but the staff, Becky were amax8bg and manage to put things right for me. Very impressed and excellent service!
Pleasant staff, all very helpful. Seats are fine.nIt was cold in there though in theatre 1 on a Friday evening.
