Just amazing the whole process of purchasing the tickets online was so smooth and once we arrived they were organized. They have multiple screens and food and drinks collection was fast the staff are very friendly and informative. The cinemas are quite big and u get to choose the seats which all are comfortable even the standard seats. There are VIP seats available. All in all great experience I totally recommend it if you’re in Manchester
The shopping center is impressive in its size. Competent planning makes this place interesting for everyone, a large number of parking spaces. The number of expensive and high-quality stores is impressive. Very beautiful and interesting interiors are professionally made. Even a walk with children will be interesting and informative
I went to the Enhypen VR concert in this cinema, and I just wanna shout out the two staff guys who helped me, my sis and my mum! They were very helpful towards everyone inside the cinema, they made us all laugh at their jokes as they were quite funny lol . They helped anyone who needed their vr headset fixed before the VR concert started. Me and my sis pulled our biases, we are very very grateful for the kind man, thank you! Overall, such a great experience , i hope enhypen makes another Vr concert in the future as this one was worth it if you didn’t get the chance to go to an actual concert!!
Good cinema, love that it supports IMAX. I don't like however that Odeon charges extra for better positioned seats not talking about premium. Apart from that it's a good experience, worth checking out.
Went to the Odeon at Trafford Centre on Friday 26th of September at 11am, I did arrive a bit late with my friend, we went to see the Enhypen VR concert. It was amazing and the staff really helped us, he was really fast in getting the vr headset on us so we didn’t miss anymore of the showing. His service was amazing and he was honestly the best host. I’ve come to this Odeon a couple of time and even went to the same show the week before but his service was just top notch. I hope he’s the host next time too if there’s more VR concerts!
