Not Just Yoga is the FIRST lifestyle and wellness space to reside in clean eating, Californian style restaurant Pomona’s (Notting Hill). We believe a healthy body, promotes a focused mind, which is key to reaching life goals. We’re not interested in being thin for six weeks, but rather healthy for the rest of our lives….and if looking HOT and ROCKING LIFE is a bi-product, then why not?

Taking that first step can be difficult, so we made it simple. Our venue and online platform, allows you to experience key influencers behind trending lifestyle and wellness brands. The yoga aspect of this place must be good, because there are always classes going on with lots of students. However, the cafe welcomes dogs and honestly has the best coffee in London. No kidding!!! Get an Americano and be amazed. If you bring a dog and they're not too busy, ask for a "puppercino."
I have been going here for a few years to get coffee and cakes. Depending on the menu, they also offer food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They sometimes do late night events which are really popular. They have seated areas on two floors inside and seating outside. Perfect in the summer for watching the sunset over Canary Wharf. The owner is really friendly, warm and welcoming. They are a dog and family friendly venue. As well as the cafe they have a range of yoga classes and treatments. Definately worth a visit
Such a great place to practice yoga, the teachers are amazing and the studio is beautiful. Have enjoyed every class I've done with them and would highly recommend it!
Booked myself to do sound bath which I've been a few times now. A little spot near the thames which has stunning views. You are welcomed in to find a spot to lie down to enjoy all different types sounds while you relax your body mind and soul. Definitely recommend giving it ago.
Absolutely love this place. I attend the Yoga Space London for my weekly pilate classes. Laura our teacher is amazing, this was my first pilate experience and she makes everyone feel welcome and at ease. My body feels less stressed more relaxed after every class. I'll definitely recommend
So glad I found this place. I purchased a one-off session to try it out and attended my first class today. My train was massively delayed coming back from work which made me a few mins late for the session. I turned up stressed, crying and out of breath . The woman in the cafe was so welcoming Jen? I think I heard someone say and the same for Laura, who led an amazing session. I needed some modifications for my 101 ailments and got some great tips. To top it off the view is fab too. When I was taking my stuff I noticed they left me the most delicious cookie which was just so sweet. Not sure I deserved such a warm welcome. Now I’m debating whether to buy the 6 months or 12 months unlimited . Either way I’ll definitely come back to this gem and with better vibes.

Mini Retreat: Attended this last weekend. We received a warm welcome with high quality teachers, adaptions were encouraged and supported depending on needs. Plus it was good to have a diverse range of students which increased the inclusive feel. Also amazing food! Big thank you Yoga Space, Sarah x
I was walking past with my dog, and happily stumbled on this yoga space/cafe. The mocha was great, and the customer service was fab! They made my dog and I feel very welcome Will definitely return!
Such a lovely friendly place to go for both yoga and coffee. My daughter and I have been visiting the new location for coffee during lockdown and Dolores the owner is so lovely, and friendly, as are the other staff members. I’ve been to classes in their last location and had a massage in the new location and both experiences were very professional and very relaxing. Looking forward to going to a yoga class by the riverside very soon!
