Welcome to evolve, a centre of evolution located in the heart of South Kensington, London.

With a holistic view, we inspire individuals to feel fully empowered in their lives. We are passionate about creating a healthy work/life balance and supporting people to grow, heal and evolve within a like-minded community.

We offer yoga and pilates classes, holistic treatments, innovative workshops, courses and special events. We warmly welcome you and look forward to seeing you around the centre!

I did personal training with Baillie for about 3 months and it was a transformative experience. I'm so glad I made the commitment to invest in myself and have the opportunity to work with Baillie. I have been lifting weights for about 4 years now and I learned right away what a difference it is to workout on my own or in group classes vs. working out with a personal trainer. Baillie is knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and helped keep me accountable. Baillie would create each of my workouts and targeted each workout to my specific goals. I didn't expect that in just a few short months I would be able to lift heavier weights, build my strength and increase my confidence and skill in the gym. Baillie taught me to listen to my body, believe in my own ability and celebrate achieving my goals. I appreciate that Baillie's approach to fitness and strength training is building your strength, lifting heavy and celebrating everything that your body can do for you. The focus was never on weight loss or how to make your body smaller. I was amazed at my progress. I would definitely recommend Bailie to anyone who is looking to build their confidence in the gym, increase their strength and reach their goals!
I’ve been working with Baillie for nearly a year now. I’m 36 and have worked with different trainers in the past, with varying degrees of success. Working with Baillie has been a completely different experience! She’s taught me to be gentle with myself, listen to my body, while at the same time motivating me to reach new strength goals that I didn’t think were possible. She’s helped me shift my mindset from a never ending cycle of seeing my workouts only as a means to a weight loss goal, to instead celebrate how strong I am and how far I’ve come. I’d highly recommend working with Baillie if you want to break out of that cycle and start loving your workouts!
