I am so very grateful to these guys. My 7month old kitten had got out for the first time only hopefully. Anyway he had got scared and crawled up into an engine, he got stuck. We had found the ppl who owned the car and got to open it. There he was wedge into and looked super stuck. It was terrifying. We tried to coax him out but it’s like he couldn’t or would move. They came propped up the car and after many tries in different ways, they worked as a team and got him out. Thank to them he only has a little burn on his nose from the warm engine. I don’t know what I would have done without their help. Thank you so much from a very grateful cat mom .

I am the proud boyfriend of Sarah Brookfield and proud Cat Dad of our sweet loving orange tabby “Mango”.  Initially he was situated in the same car’s front end wheelwell, but we decided not to play tug-a-war with it to harm it in anyway.  Which had sadly bought him so time and wiggle room to circumvent his way into the engine bay  He eventually got himself in a way to get stuck, and we tried two different tire jacks and the best that we could do was to see his tail waving across a frame chassis that the there just wasn’t enough room under the tire jack to really get to him. And from the way of the hood, we took apart one part and another being the engine filter and he was still lodged in there pretty good and scared as heck that’s for sure.  I google as many Animal Care/Control venues, but there operating hours are ridiculously inconvenient, so after the failed tire jack attempts, is when we called the London Fire Station 3 and they were all so courteous, helpful, and professional and could not have asked for a better bunch of Firefighters.  They made numerous attempts before finally alerting another firetruck to join in, set-up, and supply the “airbag” method.  It was a total success and I don’t know how we would have done it without them.  I handshooked or patted each of them on the back and said thanks.  Mango will be forever grateful and me, Sarah and our three other loving cats would like to express our gratitude for your outstanding efforts and commend you all, thank you once again gentlemen

Station Chief : Station # 3 Amazing help - very detail& accurate information provided by the person - so that it perfect buy a "fire-extinguisher" for outdoor cooking.  Also got info brand names & some maintenance tips about "cooking oil fires" and thus bought another unit for KITCHEN wife's area!! Amazing people who risk their life's to keep EVERYONE safe - bless them all. Always there when you need them most !!! Keep up the great work Thanks for the help Mike
