Even one star is to much. 12 hours and still waiting. It is really a shame. Government have to close this hospital right now.nOne doctor near me do nothing sitting only in her office. Nurse say at 13:00 comes more doctors. No only one more now both sitting there and nothing happen.nBreakfast??? What is that???? Yes at 12:00 you get something.nTwo coffee that's that.nNot one good word for it.nBut they can well charge for nothing.
The staff on the reception as a lady named Anji has no etiquette how to talk to people and how to make them comfortable to know better and it’s almost 6-7 hours waiting for doctor’s consultation if the patient is In dying situation or in pain. Infact, no one cares if you’re screaming or having lot of pain even it’s quite as 5-8 patients. Need really good staff as Having a best facility of NHS . Please provide training and skills to staff members how to treat their patients or people.
First of all this place is such a joke.i burned my hand and wanted to take immediate medicine as the pain was so bad.Even though it says emergency care you have to bloody wait 2-3 hours.and top of thar staff is really rude.god knows why we paying insurance as the healthcare system is such a joke in this country.
One of the busiest A&E I have seen. Severely understaffed. Waited for over 10 hours, only to be told that I can’t be treated the same day and will need to come the next day. The worst part was to wait for more than two hours to get discharged. Can’t blame the only nurse on duty, as she had to attend to many patients urgently.nnI hope they seriously do something about this. Hygiene standards were lacking too. It’s been a very stressful experience.
Terrible Experience – Unprofessional and Unsupportive StaffnnI had a truly upsetting experience at this hospital. I went there seeking medical help, but instead, I was met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior.nnWhile I was in pain and crying, the staff member an asian elderly woman questioned why I wanted a baby if I was panicking now, saying that childbirth is even more painful. I explained that I was crying because of the pain, not because I didn’t want my baby. Her response was insensitive and completely inappropriate.nnThen, she asked me, “When did you have your last laugh?” I was confused, so I asked what she meant by “laugh.” She responded with “sex,” and rudely told me I didn’t understand English. She also kept asking if I really wanted a baby, which was not why I came there in the first place.nnThe lack of care, compassion, and professionalism was shocking. I will never go back to this hospital and recommend others to avoid it if they want proper medical care. This is not the kind of help anyone should receive.
