When you get to the window 2 mins late and the lady is on the phone chatting for another 6 minutes, then you get told the doctor wont see you because they have a rule, that if you're 5 mins late you lose your appointment. Yet I had to wait for the receptionist to finish her call before she even acknowledged me. I think this is extremely unfair. How can I be at fault? This has happened before. Yet on some occasions I have gone in 10 minutes early and had to wait over an hour. Yet that's acceptable. Hence my 2 stars.
My husband went for a blood test after 5 years. Bear in mind he has anxiety due to bad experiences in the past.nnWe went to bay 2 for the blood test and he had a lady that looked like she was in her young “30’s”, had makeup on and was extremely moody.nnShe took blood from my husband at an angle and was extremely rough. Even I noticed this too.nnOnce the blood test was done, he was in extreme pain and agony.nLater on that evening and next day he was still in absolute pain and started to have this clot form. My husband has been in so much pain since this blood test, that it resulted us going to the pharmacy to get checked again.nThe pharmacist said the blood test has been done with extreme form.nnThe picture below shows proof of his horrible experience.
I visited as my daughter required dental training. Everyone has been so nice from the receptionist to the dentist and dental technicians. They put my daughter at ease when she was very nervous before hand exhibiting excellent care. Fantastic.
I use this GP quite often, but I came here to review the service from Mia, a wellbeing health coach. She’s lovely! She is very attentive, listened to me without prejudice, and provided me with tools to support and improve my situation. I still have a few sessions with her, but I can already see improvements in myself, and people around me have noticed as well.nI highly recommend her services. Thank you, Mia!
Terrible place. Machine out of order for over a month plus the rude staff there has a despicable attitude as if it is my fault their machine does not work, extreme low class behaviour with nill professionalism. Do not get your blood drawn here.
