If I could give ZERO stars, I would, without hesitation. The level of incompetence here is beyond belief. These people have absolutely no regard for mental health—they treat it like a joke. Safeguarding procedures? They don't even bother with them. Due diligence? That's a foreign concept to them. They don’t care about their patients, not one bit. It’s all just a meaningless tick-box exercise to them, and it’s infuriating. This team is not only useless, but they’re a danger to the very people they’re supposed to help. They deserve to be shut down immediately, and replaced with professionals who actually understand the importance of mental health and take their responsibility seriously. It's appalling that this place is still running—they're a disgrace to the field and a threat to anyone seeking real help.
Very little to no regard for people with mental illnesses especially those that exhibit undesirable symptoms, such as frustration, anger and sudden mood swings. Isn’t the whole point of this place to treat people who need extra help with things like addiction and mental illness?? Yet you refuse to support people who exhibit difficult symptoms.nIt seems very minimal information is kept on each patient and new doctors do not revise patients medical notes before attempting to contact and treat their patients.nUnplanned and surprise visits for people with anxiety or any type of paranoia is probably not a good idea. Staff don’t seem very well equipped to deal with a lot of the problems that mentally ill people naturally exhibit on a regular basis. Someone needs to carry out a thorough inspection on staff behavior and the effectiveness of their procedures and whether procedures are being properly followed. The admin staff seem much more trained than the actual doctors.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Absolutely disgraceful facility. No diversity amongst staff, the majority are from the same culture and stand around speaking in tongues. A number of staff came into the room whilst patient was in there who are not meant to come in arguing about other patients and workload. Staff accessing patient had no compassion whatsoever and spoke very rudely even though patient was cooperative and calm. Will definitely be getting the health ombudsman involved. This place needs to be reviewed and closed down or 90% of staff replaced with people who know what they are doing.
This is brand new building with excellent facilities and staff. They is a spacious common area, the receptionist acknowledged me even though she was on the phone and when the other receptionist became free she asked who was first. A guy who came after me was pushing in and she did not allow this. Excellent!nMy health care worker walked up to me and escorted me to her office. They were courteous, friendly and put me at ease.nIn addition, excellent 2-hour parking is available on site. What more could you ask for?
Absolutely dreadful. Lack of support & a continued attitude of ignore the problem & it might go away. Staff have a too big work by load & but I’ve always suspected a bit of bullying of lower level staff.nI get the feeling that if you did end your life at least that’s less one person on our books.
