Lovely pub which we visited as a group of 10 for Sunday lunch. We'd prebooked so our table was ready with highchairs. Service was good and friendly. Food was great but the carvery could have done with a couple more options for veg if I'm honest. Dessert was great and arrived swiftly. Would definitely visit again. Cost was good for the quality.
Been twice in 2 weeks as the sunday roast was out of this world . Went back yesterday to try something of the menu . I had steak and my partner had the cod . The steak was the best I have ever tasted simply delicious as was his cod . Lovely spacious pub . Very clean to . Highly recommend.
I am local, today I had deep fried brie, salad and garlic bread which was yummy. I will recommend and have already booked my table for the carvery.Food: 4/5
It was the best meal I have had for a long time, cooked to perfection, presented amazingly, and the waitress was one in a million, polite and so helpful with my wife's special needs. Dietary restrictions: Dairy free
Delightful find. Had a wonderful Sunday roast. Puddings were amazing and all the staff were super friendly. Definitely be back when in area again.
Stayed at the Inn for three nights lovely room with comfortable bed very clean. Breakfast was good serviced in a tastefully decorated restaurant. Would definitely have a return visit.

Picked The New Inn as I wanted to explore Dorset with my nephews and it was great location. We spent two nights in the lovely Knighton View family room. The children loved it. It was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds, and staff was friendly and helpful. Vegetarian options: There were several vegetarian options. Kid-friendliness: Children's menu are available. Parking: Plenty of parking in the back by the garden and fields. Dietary restrictions: They do ask which is fantastic as my nephew is allergic to peanuts.
We stayed the night to explore the Jurassic Coast and the room was lovely and spacious and also at an affordable price. The breakfast which was included was lovely and the bar was very nice.Food: 5/5
