The Kingsbury Nando’s branch has always been one of favourites, I’ve been coming here since I was a child and love it. Today was no exception however service at the till could have gone a little more smoother. Food wise everything was lovely, although my table didn’t like the new garlic churrasco flavour our fault for picking it and some of the chips hadn’t been cooked for long enough and as a result were hard inside. Nevertheless, this Nando’s still gets a five stars as I understand not every visit can be the usual 10/10 experience.
The family and I enjoyed a quick dinner in our local Nando’s.nnThe restaurant was clean and the team was friendly.nnThe roulette wings was great. Our meals were perfectly cooked. We’ll be back soon.nnWe just went back… catch out the NEW loaded fries, the sauce is amazing.
It's been a long time since I've been to nandos. Decided to go to the one in kingsbury ... omg, ask for Salvus, young guy very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, at your beck and call, with an amazing smile and positive attitude ... I have been going there since I am a kid and the food is always succulent ! Love their chicken and the vegetarian alternatives they offer now.nTheir service is exceptional nowadays with a great team !
I think this is the only Nando’s which I won’t visit again!nLet me start with the welcome which I got, which was rather a cold one. Once we were seated, they didn’t ask me anything and left for good. The table was not cleaned at all and I had to search for someone for more than 5 mins to get the table cleaned. Post that that order placement via the app was the only smooth thing I did. We were not given the water glass and served the wrong drink which we had to get replaced . The ambiance was rather strange, with some foul smell around the table. I wonder if it was because we were seated near to the table washroom entrance And coming to the washroom, it was not a pleasant place, water all over and filthy with tissue papers all over. Very disappointed with the experience of my favourite franchise!!
