Amazing staff and emergency care facilities.

Very safe. Waiting areas small but big comfy chairs.  They lost my covid results. However very professional surgeons and theatre staff. A lot of patients coming with another adult,  not very helpful. Currently some appointments are online or phone. That's okay as they are also doing covid vaccinations. Well done.

As an outpatient they are very busy and the wait at clayton Street was over 2 hours today . But once seen the staff were kind, professional, and clean. Thank you nhs.

Most efficient hospital I have been to in London. Great to have specialist care for eyes. Special thanks to Cynthia Bala for taking care of me today and getting a piece of metal out of my eyes pain free!
