Best hospital I’ve received treatment at. After originally being misdiagnosed at another hospital resulting in me nearly loosing my finger, I finally got transferred here and I couldn’t thank this hospital enough! Everyone made my traumatic experience slightly better by how caring, friendly and accommodating they were. Special thank you to the plastic surgery surgeon who came to A&E and basically saved my finger and also the nurses on the plastic surgery ward who made me feel better. The views from this hospital over London also really cheered me up when I was feeling very poorly.

I gave birth at St Thomas' Hospital 2 days ago and had an exceptional experience. The maternity staff were incredibly helpful, and the team of midwives and the anesthesiologist were amazing. Their professionalism and care made a significant difference during my stay. I am deeply grateful for their support and would highly recommend St Thomas' Hospital for maternity care especially Heidi Beaven who delivered our newborn and Kate who covered the earlier shift.  I am so very grateful that we switched from the Royal London!

St. Thomas's Hospital has a dedicated and compassionate staff that provides exceptional care to its patients. We are fortunate to have access to free medical care in our country.

Amazing hospital amazing staff and doctors how they help me safe my life when my local hospital can’t fix me in 4 year and you did it in 2 day that’s amazing ever since your hospital made me feel better I have feel amazing you got rid of my pain because you listened and did your amazing job thank you.  Food good especially chicken! Nurses are fantastic and so so nice and I can’t say thank you enough! Doctors are amazing because they listen and care about your patience! Hospital is very clean! And tidy!

The maternity unit has been outstanding. Every member of staff has been a true credit to their profession. From my very first midwife appointment all the way through to my time in post-natal, it has been fantastic. I had a little trouble with delivering my baby ans the afterbirth and the staff couldn't have been more supportive. They were also extremely thorough checking up on me afterwards with a range of tests and explanations of exactly what my complications were. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff.  And I must add the beautiful view from my post-natal ward.

Very pleasant experience with Dr Iqra, who explained everything in simple terms and was extremely patient with me. Kudos to her and the whole staff for treating patients back-to-back despite a packed waiting room - they truly took great care of everyone. I was very grateful for Dr Iqra’s help and would definitely recommend her for any issues around fever and cold/flu symptoms!

I cannot fault the amazing care I received from the medical staff in hand trauma clinic and day surgery and occupational hand therapy, all the staff were friendly, kind, caring and generally amazing. HOWEVER I found the reception staff in hand therapy rather rude and unfriendly, did not welcome with a "hello" or "how can I help you" just a stare and no smile and unhelpful when trying to book a convenient time for my next appointment. Being a medical administrator I think the attitude of these front line staff is very important

My friend became unwell during a day out in London. We we're ambulanced to St Thomas's a&e. Èveryone was so kind and the treatment my friend received was outstanding. Excellent staff in a very busy hospital. Nothing was too much trouble

Can’t fault this hospital at all. My mum was in over 2 weeks and the staff were incredible. Very caring and supportive. The hospital and the toilets were very clean too.

Aug2023- large open unlike hospital I've seen. Went to research block. Walk through wide corridor with mosaic tiled walls and scenes of nursery rhymes and stories Costa, M&S, shopping, cinema and a hairdresser. Very well equipped for visitors and patients. Lovely statues of dignatories, royalty, and medics including Nightingale and Seacole. Restaurant is good looking too. Wonderful archive and history walking through the area TwinsUK staff were lovely 10/10
