Lovely pub, with nice decor. Unfortunately service level on Friday evening quite busy pub! was way below expectations. Waiter was unable to remember correctly what was ordered, main dish arrived before starter dishes were cleared from the table, wrong bill was presented at the end of the evening. Food however was tasty, delicious drinks, nice vibe.
Great food and amazing service! I had such a good experience when I visited Queens Arms. I had Feona as my server and all I can say is 10/10. She was very hospitable and gave me her honest opinion regarding beer and food! Next time I’m in London I will be stopping by again. Pro tip… wait for your fish and chip to cool down because it was as fresh as it could be! Excellent!
We wanted to experience a proper English Sunday Roast as first time visitors to London. The Queen’s Arms did not disappoint. We had an excellent experience. Food was fantastic and service was impeccable. A big thanks to Julia for making our visit special. Dennis White Roanoke, Tx
Snuck in on a Saturday for a quick beer, what a great vibe in a quiet area just off the main street of South Ken. Lovely staff, quick service and tasty menu. I’m looking forward to coming back for Sunday Roast - I’m told to book as it’s quite popular.
WHAT A VIBE at The Queens Arms! We visited around 7 pm, and despite the place being bustling and busy, the service was impressively timely. We ordered a vegan burger, fried cauliflower, and halloumi fries, and let me tell you, EVERYTHING WAS ON POINT. Each dish had a distinct and delicious flavor, making it hard to get enough. Also, the sauces were different for every dish. How often does that happen? I'm not usually a fan of cauliflower or halloumi, but they made both feel premium! The staff was great, swift on their feet, and ensured a fantastic experience. I would definitely go again.
I stayed at the Queens Arms with my family. What can I say: staff kind, polite and smiling. The waitress found a place for us, even we didn't make a reservation but just asking us to be patient 10 minutes. Very comfortable place, good vibes and atmosphere. Very good beer which follows the taste of the simple and well prepared food. Close to Hyde Park in a quite and cozy street. Correct price for the area e for the goods it offers. Suggested!! Kid-friendliness: During the afternoon 'till 8/8.30 p.m.
