Came here for the first time l2 weeks ago and we are already back. We booked a king suite the both times and it was a lovely touch. Room is sparkling clean, bathrobes, Prosecco, fresh fruit and chocolate are included in the price. Staff are lovely and nothing is an issue. Being both very anxious, we order room service a lot and it’s absolutely beautiful
Amazing, beautiful ,clean hotel. Staff were professional, helpful, and very friendly. Located is perfect for the Cardiff Bay ,Millennium centre and a huge choice of restaurants. No 6 bus stops close by, which goes straight into the centre, so need for the car. Free parking at the hotel. Wonderful stay, highly recommended, and would have no hesitation staying there again. Thank you
Our room was very nice, clean and tidy. The food is not bad, standard Indian cuisine. They say there is 24-hour room service, but there is nothing you want. There are only soft drinks and biscuits and chocolate. I think it does not deserve 4 stars. The bar is always closed. It is in a very bad location.
Nice hotel ,clean tidy rooms, spacious rooms, great location for town/bay areas and plenty of food options in the quays and city centre…. Only hard part with this hotel is parking close especially for disabled guests.
Very comfy bed. We booked a quadruple room 2× double beds. Staff are amazing here, couldn't do more to help.nPrices are on par with the city, but food was stunning.nThe only down point is the noise from the road outside.
