The whole experience of buying a car from Mercedes-Benz Taunton was fantastic. All the staff I dealt with/met were very pleasant, friendly and helpful, in particular my salesman Naseem Naimi who is a real credit to the team. I was made to feel very special, and my car was presented on collection day as a new one would be despite buying approved used, and nothing was too much trouble. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.

Firstly we would like to say a massive thank you to Mark and Laura, they literally looked after us start to finish with no sales pressure, lots of good advice and knowledge on Mercedes cars, we couldn’t of wished for a better service and felt so welcomed . I was very impressed by the courtesy and professionalism I was shown when purchasing a Mercedes-Benz SL400. Gary Chan their Star Expert was patient, kind and informative on every aspect of the car. Gary and Chantelle offered world-class customer service during and after our purchase of an A Class Mercedes. 5 star experience from start to finish. I contacted two dealerships at the same time for similar cars and MB Taunton left the other one for dead. The customer service I received from Danielle and David was exemplary.
Easy to deal with, did everything they said they would, good price and friendly staff. Exactly what you would expect from Mercedes but sadly don't always get! I'll make a point of using them again in the future.
Thankyou so much Taunton Mercedes, and in particular to Shane our salesman. His customer service was what made us get a new Mercedes. He constantly kept us in the loop with the whole deal , and came up with quick solutions for all our needs. He was funny , polite and a credit to his team. We must also mention David who also helped with our purchase. He explained the finer details with clarity and precision. The ladies on reception are also first class, they kept us refreshed and looked after our dog pie when I popped in one afternoon. He thoroughly enjoyed the attention. Vader has settled in , and almost done 100 miles now. Lastly a massive Thankyou and keep up the good work.
