Very professional and friendly team at Taunton Kia. We took our car for its first service today. Immediately upon entry we were made to feel very welcome. The service staff explained what was being done, and time frames involved. Very polite and professional at all times. Kia Taunton is a first rate main dealer, staff and site top tier. Would recommend to anyone considering using the dealership.
A smooth and informative process for buying a new Kia Soul, switching from a diesel to electric for the first time. Maurice was extremely helpful and knowledgeable making the whole process of buying a new EV car far less daunting. Thank you. The cappuccinos and biscuits were excellent quality too!
Maurice is your man to buy a car from !! We came into the store the other day and was greeted with a smile from Maurice and and pointed us in the right direction to a car suitable for us , we were out on a test drive within minutes.. now I own the car and can not be happier with my new Kia . From our first visit where we were greeted and initiated into the Kia brand by Ross, through the buying process which was handled by Maurice and Mike we have nothing but positive feelings about this brand/ dealership. Every interaction whilst in the buying process was handled efficiently and in a friendly manner. These guys went the extra mile to get us into our first Kia. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

What a great customer service we have received from Ross! He was updating us with personalised videos all the way through the purchasing process - from the enquiry until confirming the car ready for delivery. He's very professional, patient and a pleasure to do the business with. Ross kept every promise he made, whether it was to do with returning a phone call, checking something or confirming details. We are very pleased with our purchase, and we couldn't recommend Howards Kia highly enough. Thank you!

We have just purchased our first all electric Niro . Mike Rothery dealt with the whole process from initial browse to the final purchase of the car. We dealt with Mike Rothery for our new car purchase and he was outstanding. Polite, knowledgable, patient, and the communication was excellent. I have had several new company cars, but my wife found Mike to be easy to talk to and make the experience special for her. The car itself, is outstanding as well. I have a good knowledge of new cars, having spent 40 years selling them, but this was my first experience of Kia. I’m massively impressed.
