Had an amazing experience buying my first car through Holcombes. They were so kind and helpful, not once did I feel under pressure to buy. And a big thank you for the surprise bouquet of flowers on the backseat!
I am so so lucky to have this business on my doorstep. My classic Mini was bought from new 17 years ago and whilst it's still my first love I felt the need to buy a MINI. The opportunity came last February when I noticed a very tidy Cooper on the forecourt. I took it out for a drive and decided to buy it I can be impulsive at times. The after sales service is second to none. Five months after the purchase John dropped tools and came to my rescue when I had a problem. Fast forward to October. I spotted a very nice John Cooper Works Mini Cooper S Checkmate on the forecourt so decided to trade in the Cooper bought in Feb. To illustrate how much I value this business I bought the car without any inspection or test drive. I am 100% confident that my dealing with Holcombes is the best decision I made and I would have no hesitation in recommending this business to anyone contemplating buying a used car.
Simply brilliant garage, was really great purchasing my car with Holcombes. You can tell they really care about the customer and providing fine motors that are very thoroughly quality checked. Fantastic customer service and wonderful car, very happy. Would definitely purchase a car with them again in the future, and recommend them to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
I bought a Jaguar off John last week Feb 22. Firstly, I will say that the car was immaculate as described, truly a one off, low mileage, one owner and a beautiful car. I spoke to John initially who was a gentleman, he videoed the car and talked me through a totally honest appraisal of every part of it. I travelled from Swansea and was met with a gleaming car, flowers on the back seat and and a transaction that was first class. John would not let me take the car until he run a chamois over it and I was completely happy. A truly fantastic experience from a family run, genuine business. Thank you so much. Patrick.
What a great buying experience. Rob the sales Guy was a great help. Instantly felt relaxed around him and nothing was too much. We've just collected our Daughters new car and they placed a bunch of flowers on the back seat. What a touch of pure old school service.

Have just taken delivery of our third purchase from Holcombes. As with each of our two previous purchases, friendly and helpful advice from John with no pressure whatsoever and, on collection of our new vehicle, the very thoughtful extra of a bunch of flowers on the back seat. This is what real service and customer care is all about. Very, very highly recommended.
This is the second time I have purchased a car from.this garage . No pressured sales, very helpful and John talked me through the car and I felt no pressure to purchase . When collecting car all was explained to.me the car was immaculate and a lovely surprise of bouquet of flowers as well . First class personal service which is great in this day and age .Highly recommend this garage .
Quite simply the best used car dealership in Taunton. My review is not one experience, it's based on 15 years of high quality service and great advice. John, the owner, is a really great person to deal with and a pleasure to know. If you have a problem he will always assist and do his best. I honestly can't recommend Holcombes Car Mart enough.
