My experience with Mercedes Benz in Taunton was faultless and very comfortable. I arrived just to look, as I was interested in a new to me car. I visited several forecourts looking for the ideal car. I was approached and told I could look around the cars without any hassles. I gave my price range and was shown a better car than I’d seen anywhere else. After thinking about it, a few days later I took the car for test drive. I done this on my own with no pressure from the salesman Pash. It was at this point I decided to purchase the car. On a walk around I spotted 2 little issues, some wear on the seat bolster and a wheel kerb mark. Before I picked up the car for myself they carried out an MOT, the wheel mark was repaired and all 4 wheels repainted, the car is booked in for a seat bolster repair. I did opt for some extras, wheel and interior repair for the future and the 3yr polish option without any pressure. I’d like to thank Pash and the other staff I dealt with, customer service was excellent.
My vehicle was booked in for a recall which was completed quickly and efficiently, the vehicle was also cleaned before being released back to me. My service advisor Kallum was most attentive and professional towards me which gave me confidence in the dealership and work carried out. Thank you MB Taunton you have gained a new customer with two Vehicles.
What a fantastic experience we have received from Taunton Mercedes, from the first conversation I had with their sales advisor Pash, who also kindly stayed after hours on a Saturday afternoon to return my call with details on the Car I was interested in buying, to the viewing the following day, nothing was too much trouble. This dealer was not local to us, in fact they were a 6 hour round trip away, but we feel it was worth the extra effort to get the right Car, in the right colour from the right kind of people, it really has been a pleasure dealing with them all. Keep up the good work everyone!
Very impressed with the staff on the day of our car service. They could not have been more helpful. I was having a bad day and they did everything they could to make things easier for me. So very pleased and appreciative of their kindness.
The entire team at Mercedes Benz Taunton were fantastic, right from the moment I enquired about the vehicle, to the 4hr drive to see It, the paperwork in-between and the collection a week later. Where they excelled themselves, was having driven away, I was hit by a lorry and returned slightly shaken. The team looked after me with coffee and cake, assessed the damage of the car, advised/supported me with what I may need to do never having been involved in an accident and even repaired some of the minor damage on the spot, made sure the car was safe and I was ok to travel the 4hrs home. They also followed up with a call the next day to check on me. Fantastic service. Thanks Danielle & Team

Very Pleased with our experience of buying our first Mercedes car. Matt Ford dealt with us and took us through all the options and a test drive of a GLA 200. Bought a used A class from Ruby who went above and beyond. From the moment a put a deposit on the to handover she was professional, friendly and knowledgable. Not only did she make the car look stunning for handover, she ensured the vehicle had a fresh service and MOT before we drove it away without asking. Also, I expected the normal oil and filter which most dealers would do, but again without asking the full whack was done including spark plugs, air filter and break fluid etc.10/10 from the team at Mercedes for the premium experience. If you’re looking for a new car Ruby is your girl.
Matt and Jamie were a pleasure to deal with and they were really helpful with the purchase of my new car. Their professional approach and care made me pleased that I had decided to deal with MB of Taunton.
Arrived at Mercedes Taunton to have new part fitted. Arrived on time to be told an hour later that they couldn’t find the new part, so had to be rebooked in. They made arrangements or so we thought to pick the car up from home for the repair. When they hadn’t arrived at the time they said they were coming we phoned them and we weren’t on the list for it to be picked up. So then had to wait for someone to arrive to fetch the car. Not very happy with the service.
