Just picked up our new Mokka! The whole showroom experience has been superb! From our first enquiry, first test drive and all the way through the buying process. I couldn't recommend more Alan Slade! He was brilliant and very helpful doing all the efforts to find another solution when the first deal dropped due the delivery delays, even with issues beyond his job. Not only he had a friendly approach since the beginning but also he wanted to make sure everything was fine a couple of days after purchase. Thank you so much
We were recently browsing cars on the spoticar website and two which interested were at Rowcliffes in Taunton so i called them to make an initial enquiry as we are based in South Wales. I spoke with Laurence in sales - very helpful and friendly and we made an appointment for the next day so I could travel to the dealership to view the vehicles. Upon arrival Laurence greeted me and showed me around the vehicles - he then took a look at the vehicle I wanted to part exchange and allowed me to test drive the vehicle i was interested in. After the test drive we sat down and Laurence did the calculations and offered a price which i was happy with for the part exchange and we then completed the deal and i left pleased and excited that I'd purchased a new vehicle. Laurence kept in touch over the next few days as we arranged for a suitable change over day for the next week - upon returning to the dealership to drop off and collect the new car Laurence was very helpful, we completed the relevant forms, exchanged keys and then went out to look at the new car where Laurence showed me around the car and explained all the buttons etc. The car was very clean and shiny and looked the business - very happy with it. I found Laurence to be very friendly, very helpful and have no problem recommending Rowcliffes, Taunton. I will certainly be back to look at another vehicle in the future.
Very helpful staff. I've just bought an automatic Vauxhall Mokka from them. There was no hard sell, instead they found the right car for my needs and Peter the salesman couldn't have been more helpful. He also made the small print easy to understand. As an ex teacher I rarely give a 5. Hopefully this experience will continue.
The sales staff are first class. They gave us time to think through the process of selecting the right car and helped us process the paperwork in getting the car on the road. An excellent outcome.
Very happy with the level of service provided by the Aftersales team. My car was diagnosed and repaired in the day. I was contacted during the day with genuine and aftermarket prices which was considerate as the car is 15 years. Beware if you book online as it didn't reach the service team
Picked up my Astra which I purchased from Rowcliffes Taunton about a month ago. Pete was excellent and has made the experience so good we are considering buying a second car with Pete and Taunton! Any issues/questions Pete was always responding promptly. My car had to have some work done which Pete made sure was done and definitely has made the experience the best one I’ve had at dealerships.
From my first phone conversation with Pete until I drove away in my new car I have never had such a wonderful experience as I was given at Rowcliffes in Taunton. Pete took me through everything I needed to know which made the whole process a joy definitely worth the drive up from the south coast. And I’m absolutely loving my new Adam Griffin So a massive thank you Pete and the team.

I have purchased several vehicles over the last 13 and this has always gone smoothly and a big thank you to Alan for my latest car.In addition to this I have my cars serviced on site and I have complete confidence in their expertise and professionalism.
Really pleased I bought my car from Rowcliffes Taunton. I had a fault with my car, even though they couldn’t get it to reoccur when I took the car in, it gave me the piece of mind to continue on with my weekend plans knowing that there wasn’t an actual issue with my tyres. The guys behind the desk were brilliant, dog friendly and kept myself and my puppy supplied with drinks whilst we waited. Only downside was the choice of TV channel, a few hours confronted with BBC news doesn’t put you in the best spirits but I won’t drop a star for that! Even though I’m based in Bristol, so the garage is an hour away, the fabulous customer service makes that journey worth it! Keep up the awesome work Rowcliffes, you definitely take your jobs seriously and know how much peoples cars and their safety means to them, whilst making them feel like human beings whilst your working on the car.
