Recently took car in for service. Great experience throughout, good contact during the service, everything well explained, courtesy car provided, car returned in excellent condition and had been washed and cleaned inside and out. Booking slot was made convenient to me and car returned on time. Follow up calls were received which were clear and informative. Rhys on the front desk was very helpful and professional as were all the staff. Would definitely recommend Howard’s Citroen at Taunton if you want a professional job done on your vehicle. Well done
We had a very good experience at Howards Citroen Taunton. The sales staff were very helpful and informative without being pushy in any way. The showroom was very light and airy which allowed the cars to be presented in the best way with plenty of space to walk around to view them and plenty of information to hand. The range of vehicles on show was excellent and the ability to take the demonstrators on long runs without a staff member in the vehicle was also a bonus as it allowed us time to get to know each vehicle. The salesman Bradley who dealt with us throughout our initial visit and subsequent purchase visits was very knowledgable, friendly and ensured that we were kept up to date with the progress of the purchase and delivery. Overall a very pleasant experience.
I bought my new car here this week. The service I have received from Scarlett has been wonderful throughout. Really professional, efficient and friendly. The walk around video she sent me the day before collection was a nice surprise and very much appreciated. I was also offered a fair price on my part exchange and my new car was immaculate on collection. I would recommend Scarlett and Howards Citroen and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.
I bought a car from them in May 23 was over the moon with it then in July/August it went down hill had a oil leak, car went into limp mode and smoke from car, called them told me they couldn’t do anything, so took up there 5 weeks they had car finally got it back after losing all my wages with no vehicle !! thought was ok took for service in December 23 they tethered the spark plug hole so they couldn’t do it had to get a specialist to do it !!!! they smashed my windscreen !which they had to replace ! so yet again my busiest time of year as a taxi driver, no car , no work loss of money, didn’t seem to care !!! then gets car back January 24 and original oil leak back so now they won’t take car back as they said nothing wrong with it yet Service manager said it was an internal leak so car STILL LEAKING OIL service lights on ??? pics to prove it so earning no money I would never ever recommend them.
Amazing customer service by all but especially Scarlett that could not do enough for me. She is quite new and yet so knowledgeable and thorough. Lovely car got everything I asked for and doing this on my own for the first time was a good experience 5 big stars Well done team
Buying a new Citroen C3 from Howards in Taunton was a stress free experience thanks to Bradley. Although Howards did not have the model I wanted in Taunton Bradley took me for a test drive in a similar model and explained what was different between the two models. The car was ordered and arrived on the date given at the time of ordering. This model does not come with a spare wheel, this was not a problem as Paul in the part department ordered me one and it arrived on same day delivery. The only downside was the trade in value of my old car was not as much as I expected.
Having just brought my second vehicle in 8 years from Taunton Citroen last week and having services and mots through out the time. The staff on the service desk are polite and helpful, and make the experience less stress full. Rob Ayre who has just sold me my new van has been very helpful with all information I needed we discussed different options with finance and lease hire to come out with the best option for me. even through to some aftercare when I couldn’t work some of the features. Thank you for your help, I will be continuing to come back for all services and mots.
Brad was always very professional yet approachable and has helped us make a lovely purchase. The whole process was super smooth and we were kept up-to-date via emails/phone calls and recorded video messages those are great!. Thanks Brad
Booked my car in for a service at Citroen Taunton. My only go to garage... Brilliant service. Ryhs on service is a true gent and an asset to the company. All staff super warm and friendly, lovely vibe. Coffee on tap, only negative they ran out of biscuits, hey ho does me a favour as I need to loose weight. Keep up the good work Citroen.
Brad was great throughout the buying process. He kept us up to date with everything that was going on. Very friendly and approachable. Very happy with the whole process especially as the was the first time we have purchased a car on finance.
