Had a really good buying and selling experience with new salesman Ryan, he was clearly learning the roaps but was confident, really knowledgeable and helpful. He sought support when needed but provided the great quality service I expect from Audi. George sales manager and the rest of the team I came across were all great. I would highly recommend Taunton Audi. I loved the great reveal of my new car, really slick!
We came to see a car A3 for my sister all the way from Birmingham. We were introduced to a very welcoming man Gavin who happily showed us around the car. Went for a test drive and were pleasantly delighted with all our thoughts and questions answered. We left the day satisfied and were set to collect the car 2 weeks later. When we arrived for the collection, we were delighted to see the car neat and ready for us near the entrance. We had a lovely lady Hayley take care of us who helped sort the paperwork and answered any questions we had for the car. Once the official paperwork was sorted, we had a brief walk through of the car and had a pleasant drive back to Birmingham. Overall a pleasant experience and would commend the customer service we were given throughout the experience. Special thanks to Gavin and Hayley for looking after us.

Audi Taunton have been OUTSTANDING in regards to all aspects of my experience. I had a bad experience @Audi Bristol and nearly lost faith with Audi but now I'm a very, very happy customer again. I'm in the market for an Rs3 soon, so I'll be buying from Audi Taunton on finance in the next year or so. Chris service has been exceptional and so has Travis sales Thanks everyone.
The team at Taunton Audi have been amazing when dealing with my new car bought from another dealer. Joel in service was so professional and addressed the delicate situation to ensure my vehicle faults were rectified end to end. It’s hard to find service levels this high, and it was a great result after being let down by another dealer. I’ve had a very professional demo from Stewart from Taunton Audi today. He’s given me a full lowdown of the technical specs of the car. I’ll be managing to teach him a few more Gaelic words everything is been grand and gamma as I say Gaelic easily five star and I’ll come back again once things are Ready to order a vehicle
I originally didn’t have the best experience with Taunton Audi, I bought a 2019 S-Line Q3 which when I received the car it wasn’t valet properly & had a loud rattle on the rear seat not what I expected from a main dealer. I was then put into contact with Ola who was extremely helpful & responsive, got my car sorted for me right away & gave a really good after sale customer service. Could not thank her enough for the help she gave me!
Had taken a look at a few Audis, very unsure on how to go forward, have always wanted a TT! Booked a test drive in and and I felt I was in the right hands from the start, within the same appointment I had put a deposit down! Stuart who has been my sales guy all the way through so far has been amazing! So calming and professional, got an amazing deal for me and explained everything I needed to know about PCP and also an auto car! As I was so worried about driving one! absolutely amazing! And now I pick my shiny new TT up on Wednesday! Wouldn’t go anywhere else so far so good! Thankyou Stuart and the team at Taunton audi! You da best!!!!!xx
